Terrible communication, pushing unecessary service...
Terrible communication, pushing unecessary services as "Recommended" Car has been held hostage for 3 days, only 1 phone call, no follow up, no estimate, nothing.
Told me on arrival I needed new tires. Tires were changed by you in July. What a crock.
Called service on hold for 22 minutes, transferred to yet another voicemail. Not sure whatever happened to their customer service.
Got a ride Saturday, picked up my car. The car had been finished, but no one ever called to advise. I was willing to overpay because of their service, not anymore.
Too bad,
