Worst customer service ever! When I scheduled my last appointment for an oil change, it took 2 hours... for a scheduled appointment. When I called to ask about fixing a headlamp that was out they said they were booked for a week and acted like they were doing me a favor for service. When I asked to be worked in because I didn't want to drive with a headlamp out, I was literally berated by the service coordinator. Wow, such nasty people... such poor service!! There are other Chevrolet dealers in Atlanta. Use them... NOT Jim Ellis.
