I have a concern about my vehicle that I purchased...

I have a concern about my vehicle that I purchased. I have called on several occasions and no one has returned my call. The GM is too busy as well to take care of this matter. The customer service has been horrible. We are now contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is ridiculous! It's a shame how attentive they were prior to my purchase.
