For the parts department, The parts they sell are the same parts you can purchase online for less than a third of the cost. I asked the parts salesman why and his response was "so you want the parts or not", I asked why they where so much more expensive, his response was " you get what you pay for". I don't see why a mark up of 350% is necessary. I understand the need to make a profit on in stock items, however, this is overly excessive.
