I traded in a car in May 2018 and had an excellent s customer service experience with Jim Banks. He answered questions patiently, he made sure everything was in order with the deal, he made it easy to drive off in short order with my new car, and his follow up was very professional & timely. He even returned a garage door opener I had left in the traded car. I assume Jim Ellis is a good dealer, but Jim Banks is the reason I would go back.
