very disappointed with the level of communication....

very disappointed with the level of communication. set up an appointment at 2:36 via the internet sales department to test drive a 2016 jeep grand Cherokee. i fight thru traffic to get there at my scheduled time of 7:15 only to be told that the vehicle had been sold, really! A courtesy call or email would have been nice instead of wasting my time to be told the vehicle is no longer available.
