Horrible, took car in for recall. Was told 3 different time frames on getting finished, 2-4 hours, all day, a day and a half now. Don t provide loner cars for recalls, have children to pick up from daycare and was told to uber. guess I should have stuck with Infinity and Bmw that provide you with customer service
