This is the best Honda Service center in the area, and I've been to many. This is my 2nd time working with Steve, and he is ON POINT! Last time I was here and filled out my review I made a note that I wasn't updated on how long the service was taking on my car. As soon as I walked back in here for my 2nd service, Steve came right up and apologized for the last service and said he was going to work his best to get a 5-star review from me. You DONT see that kinda service anywhere else. I am real happy to work with Steve again, he truly takes care of his customers.

I had to take my car to Honda of Tysons Corner for the Takata airbag recall. The replacement of the airbag was completed without issue and the customer service for that portion of the service was fine. The one star rating is due to the extensive list of additional services they recommended. This is the second time I have taken my car to Honda of Tysons Corner for a warranty replacement. The first time, they gave me a list of recommended services totalling $4k. I declined and took my car to a local mechanic I trust for a second opinion. They could not confirm any of the recommended services being needed. This service experience was no different, as again, they gave me a list of $2k of recommended repairs. Again, I took my car to the local mechanic who could not find the same issues. In fact, Honda of Tysons Corner had recommended two fluid flushes that I had completed just 10 months ago, and many miles before required. They did offer to show me the issues on my car, but I am not a mechanic and would not be able to know whether the services are truly required.
This is very unfortunate, because I had such a great experience buying my car there from Gregg Miah.

Even though you ve been standing there for 10 minutes, no one comes to ask if you need any help. You need to find a service advisor, who then looks you up in the system to see who you ve been assigned to.
Secondly they don t honor their coupons. Supposedly you have to print out the coupon and present it before the service. Really? Who prints out things nowadays?

This is my first time buying at Tysons Honda. I began with looking at the 2016 cr-v online and comparing prices among the area dealers. I test drove a car and then waited a week before purchasing my car. I can't say how thoughtful Patrick, Timothy and of course Mohamed were to me. I walked in and asked for Mohamed but he was away from the store at the time. Patrick stepped up and helped us as we took another test drive. He handled the purchase of the car and was never once pushy or demanding. Timothy was the "paper work guy" who was quite nice and pleasant. After the paper work Mohamed took over because Daniel needed to leave. We have worked with Mohamed before about 6 months ago when our daughter bought a car. Once again Mohamed was never in a hurry and happy to help. He went over with me as much of the technical and digital workings within the car for as long as I could stay. I had the best experience of car buying in my life, No exaggeration. Both from a selling and financing stand point. Mohamed and Amine were a great team, made it feel like these two guys were there for me as if I were their number 1 priority. Very friendly, caring, and most importantly genuine. They didn't act like any other sales people I had to deal with prior to this dealership, who only care about selling, and that is what made me by the car I bought, other than the fact that I liked the car.
This was my first time at this dealership and i will probably be back and bring all people I know that need to buy a car.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Honda of Tysons Corner. Chernor Barrie, sales associate, and Tony Veal, pre-owned sales manager, were absolutely awesome. Both Mr. Veal and Mr. Barrie were patient and answered all my questions concerning any potential problems with the vehicle. They reassured me the vehicle passed their dealership's 40-point inspection and was in good order. I also received a copy of the CarFax and requested a copy of the 40-point inspection checklist. Mr. Veal made great efforts in this entire purchase to help me understand the process. Mr. Barrie is a rockstar sales associate. Bought a 2017 Honda Accord. That car did not even get close to the fuel economy of advertised 27/36 mpg. I drove a Civic and it instantly gave 45 mpg on a highway. I drove Accord for 306 miles and it reported 25.3 mpg economy for that distance. I brought the car back to Tyson's Honda in about 4 days, and said that I don't want it anymore. I was buying it with a fuel economy in mind. I drive on average 80 miles a day, and saving on gas is important to me. Tyson's Honda only agreed to take the car back as a trade in, for several thousand dollars less. People at the dealership were very nice, as any salesman should be. But as far as doing something for customer's satisfaction, nothing was done for me. I'm stuck with a car I don't like.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the service department of Honda of Tysons Corner; particularly a service team member- Tim. I previously took my 2013 Honda Accord to a dealership for routine maintenance that was closer to me for my convenience (Hendrick Honda) and consistently received poor service.
About a year ago, I took my car to Honda of Tysons Corner. Tim assisted me and it was a great experience. I recently took my car in for service and once again was advised to speak with Tim. Even though the message was not passed along to him that I was coming, he took care of my servicing and completed everything within 45 minutes. Yesterday I noticed something I felt was out of the norm and called Tim. He was about to leave but took my phone call and said he would stay until 5 tomorrow because I don't get off from work until 4 even though he was scheduled to get off at 4 himself.
This is an example of superior customer service that should be a standard and not the exception and why I will now drive out of my way to have my car serviced at this location.

Yesterday I contacted this dealership in regards to a 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L (which is STILL on their website). I was emailed and then called by Tom Donovan. He wanted me to see the car and told me he would have the car ready for my visit. I live 65 miles from Tyson's Corner and told him I'd be in that evening. He sent me a confirmation email stating he would 'reserve' the car.
When my wife got home @ 5p I sent a reply email stating I would leave now.
As you know traffic on 495 is horrendous. At 6:45p I was now approaching Cabin John and deep in the back up. I received a call from Zen who introduced himself as a manager. He said he was calling to tell me the car was not available. He said he wanted to call me before I left (1 1/2 hrs ago). He advised me the car had been sold Saturday (and this is now Wednesday).
We went to the dealership anyway since it was only 2 exits beyond. Seems everyone was aware of the 'phantom' car. I was sent out to the lot with Arvin who told me they had received many calls from all over, even Jersey about this car and yet it was STILL on the website.
They then of course asked if I'd like to buy a new Honda, of course I'd drive all this way to buy something I could have bought at home.

Tony who served me took his time to explain to me the whole process very patiently. I have not given a rate of 5 because of the waiting on the first day - even though I had made an appointment, the car I was to test drive was not available. Something I should have been informed before making the trip there. However the customer experience after that incident more than made up for it!

The customer service at this dealership is truly unmatched. After making an appointment and coming in for something that pertained to a recall, I was greeted immediately and asked often while waiting if I had been taken care of yet - necessary and appreciated. I had the pleasure of dealing with Roberto who really listened to me and took care of every concern of mine diligently. I was in and out of the time-frame that I was told and expected - also necessary and appreciated. Because of the service I received at this dealership I don't think I'll go to any regular shop ever again for maintenance on my baby (my car). After all, their specialty and service caters specifically to Honda's so there's no doubt they'll do the best job. Not sure how they are with routine maintenance but I assume just as well. I guess I'll find out in the near future! Someone with a name that starts with a J, I think Jamie or Jeremy? (sorry) really stood out to me because he set the tone for how about my experience at the dealership went. He was super friendly and attentive made me feel extremely welcome and important as a customer and it just kept going great from there. I traded my old car for a new one last May 2019. Since then everything I have gotten from this dealership are problems. I'm still calling and visiting them to get solutions because they keep rotating employees.
Here is a resume my story:
I stopped one day to check out my options for a trade in but then we decided to wait until next day after seeing other brands. The seller said they'll keep they car they showed us with a 'Sold' sign in case we want to go for it and he remarked it was brand new with 20 miles on it. Next day, we informed them we got a better deal and didn't want to continue the buy. So they called the manager and after negotiating, we agreed to start with the paperwork.
After 4 hours waiting, almost 10:00 pm, they took me with the Finance manager to sign my papers. Obviously I was tired and stressed of waiting and only wanted to go home. I signed everything after a brief reading on what each document was but didn't put attention on details (MY MISTAKE). They agreed to compensate me for the long wait and gave me some accessories for free.
Next day, I saw the car had 250 miles instead of 20 as they car they showed me had. Result of receiving it at night, tired and in a hurry. (My Mistake, again).
First problem: One month after I bought my car I got a letter from the bank, saying my credit was not approved. So theoretically, I was driving a car that was not even mine yet. So I went again to Honda to try to talk with the finance manager but he was not working there anymore. My case was taken by a different employee, ran my credit again and gave me the new approved quote. That was when I noticed, the initial price for the car on the contract I had signed one month before was higher than the one we had negotiated at the beginning and because my mistake of not checking the details, it went through as it was. They said they cannot do anything since I had already signed. Again, my bad. One month had already past, so they gave me another permit for my license plates.
Second problem. With the trade, they agreed to pay off my previous loan immediately at the fixed price we settled at that moment, but I continued paying since I didn't see a payment from Honda and my credit could be impacted due Late payments or No payments made. After many calls and visits to Finance department, 2 month later they paid my old loan, but surprise, the amount on the check they sent was for less money. So I had to call them and go again to the dealership to speak with finance. Again, the person was not working there anymore and they took me with the Finance Director, nice guy who was trying to fix all the mess other employees left. Reason of my problem - They had not sent my documents to the bank immediately, and they called my previous dealership, asked for the amount due (after I have made 3 more payments) and they sent the check. Honda agreed to reimburse me the difference. We were on July already. My license plates permit had expired so they gave me another one, again
Third problem - By August, Honda called me saying they have my checks. So I went immediately to pick them up and deposited them by using my mobile app. 2 week later my bank sent me a letter because one of the 2 checks was rejected and I needed to contact the maker (Honda). So guess what. I called them, they didn't pick up so I stopped by once again. Not a surprise, they assigned my case to a new finance employee who was taking care of it. By this time my license plates had already arrived (After 3 months)
Fourth problem - It is December now, my new check has not arrived, I called the person who was helped me. He replies back - 'Please contact Melissa. I don't work there anymore'. This is when I decided to write this review. 6 months since I bought the car and I'm still calling them every week to get problems resolved. I took my car for the first service already, just a simple oil change, I go back home I see the Service notification turned on, because the oil life level was at 10%. They said they forgot to reset it, but honestly, I doubt they had actually changed it!

this place is at a really good location, very convenient with the metro station on the site, you can drop the car in the morning then take the silver line train to work and come back to pick up later, did that twice, and the service is also fast if you would like to wait there.

All of the employees at Ourisman Honda of Tysons Corner are so friendly and helpful. I have been stressed for so long worrying about getting a new car because my previous one was destroyed when I attempted to get 2 new tires at VA Tire & Auto (If you buy a Honda from here, which I reccomend you do, then never take it to VA Tire & Auto unless you like the risk of losing it forever ). Anyway, they really eased my stress and even listened to my story and understood my hardships. They gave me the most amazing deal I've ever gotten when buying a new car and encouraged me to fight back for what has happened to me. Every time I come to Honda of Tysons corner it's something else that makes me wish I never came back. This time, I made an online appt for 9am. I arrive at 9, and the line is out the door and my wait time is likely 1.5 hours for oil change and safety inspection, and they are 30 minutes behind that. After speaking with the manager, I found out most of those in line had 9am appointments as well or were walk ins. the manager did not understand the concept of appointment block times nor did he understand priority to those with appointments. He just kept saying "It's a holiday weekend ma'am."

2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a defect in the paint on my rear bumper. On Saturday May 16th, I went into the service department and dealt with Alex. I told him that the vehicle was NOT in a traffic accident and was housed in a garage since it was purchased. I asked him to fix the bumper since it is still under warranty. He refused and stated that someone had hit me. He was not helpful at all and told me to reach out to my sales person but said "they're probably not going to help you anyway." I'm very upset about the customer service I received and is seriously making me regret purchasing a Honda.

I have never been dramatic in my life and have strived to be positive years ago. So I will be subjective in the review. My 2003 Honda Accord was giving up on me on 1/30 evening when I was in the middle of driving- the engine light went on, other lights on the dashboard were flashing and all headlights went off. Every thing happened in 15 minutes and I was scared . I made an appointment with Honda Tysons immediately and the service was scheduled on 2/1. On the day, a technician had my car checked and told me that my car PCM was messed up so he suggested to replaced with a used one. Sure, I do not know car engine so I rely on his expertise. I didn't have any other options.
They kept my car for 2 days, I paid rental car by myself. I picked my car on 2/3 5pm. The engine light were off so I thought it was fixed. The cost was about $500 and 2-day rental $70.
On 2/4 morning, I drove to office and things were fine. On 2/4 afternoon, I drove home from office, and all the issues came back! Engine light was on and all other lights were flashing!! It was 6pm! It's about 11 miles each way between my home and office. So my car repair done by Honda service at Tysons corner lasted 25 hours and within 22 miles, with the total cost of $570!
The next day I took car back and demanded rework, an explanation, rental car refund, and a talk with service store manager. Now the show began: the technician and the manager said that I should know the replacing PCM was old one and I should not be surprised by the failure; the manager throw me all technical details of PCM and circuits connection under the hood and asked me how I can expect them to figure the root cause. I replied that, I understand that the replacing PCM was an old one and if it failed in 6 months to 2 year I don't have any problems with it. But it failed in 26 hours with 22 miles drive, it is outrageous and unacceptable. Given Honda service has many experts and certified technicians, Honda should know how long old PCMs should hold. The performances of the old PCM should have a bell shape distribution, which means most of them should achieve an average reasonable life span and extreme left and right tails should be exceptions. If the replacing PCM I got was an exception, Honda service should follow the exception handling procedure. So I demanded the rework of my car for free. Secondly, manager's challenge on my knowledge on PCM was unacceptable- I don't know car engine or engine PCM. It is not my job to know. It's Honda technicians 's job. If I knew I would just do it by myself. Simple logic, right? My job was to report my car problems to them, and expected it fixed by them. That is their job to take the job order and fix the car. I am the customer, I trusted them and I rely on them. Eventually they said they would redo the check and if nothing else in my car was broken, they wouldn't charge me. They wouldn't refund my 2- day car rental even though they didn't fix anything. I asked why. The manager said because he can't. Yes that was his reply. Then I said 'because you can't' was not a reason. Why you can't? Then he started to give me a lengthy recursive explanation again. At the end, he agreed to pay for rental car on 2/5. End of the story, I got my car back 2 days later. I was told that they don't guarantee the engine light issue was 100% fixed. If I see it turns on later, I need to take it back to Honda service again. I would not suggest this place to any of my friends. I myself would try everything not to go back. I try to provide facts here so you don't feel the emotion in my comments. But I might need to schedule a doctor 's appointment to get blood pressure resulted from those horrible extremely stressed experiences.

Dul is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He did not push me to purchase things I did not need. When I really wanted a silver CR-V, and the last one was just sold, he went out of his way to get another one from a different dealership.
Adrian was easy to talk to. From his expertise, he suggested the two essential warranties/ insurance. He did not force/ sell extra warranties/ insurance that I did not need.
I highly recommend to talk to these two. They are honest and transparent, and they work FAST and they get what you NEED.
