The service I got from the sales agent, Nana, was superb. He was warm, friendly and paid attention to details. I was also very impressed with the reception I got from the finance department. Tony who served me took his time to explain to me the whole process very patiently. I have not given a rate of 5 because of the waiting on the first day - even though I had made an appointment, the car I was to test drive was not available. Something I should have been informed before making the trip there. However the customer experience after that incident more than made up for it!
