Last week I bought a used Subaru Forester and I couldn t be happier. Here are a few reasons why:

1. The used car manager Rafael was a pleasure to do business with. He did none of the usual round robin I ve gotten with buying Pre-Owned cars in the past. He got me an excellent price with literally no hassle.

2. My Forester was excellently cleaned. The detail people did an A+ job.

3. I wasn t pressured to buy extra warranties or accessories. I politely declined and the sales associate was very respectful and happy obliged.

4. Rafael went above and beyond even after my purchase. I thought the owners booklets were lost by the previous owner. Rafael found them and got them to me without me even asking!
