Tim & the Purple Team are THE BEST! Not only do they provide effective service every time I'm in, but they go the extra mile. Tim fixed something for me that I hadn't even asked about and was purely cosmetic, but it really shows how he and his team take great care of their customers.
I can always get an appointment and know that they respect my schedule -- Tim checks in to make sure I'm aware of what they're working on and the timeline for completion.
