Of particular note is Tim Godinho, an exceptional service representative. That being said, all the service representatives ( writers ) at Honda of Tysons Corner have been superb. Tim is a standout among stars.

Service is not what it used to be, more salesmen that customer focused service. It took 4 hours to change break pads when they broke a clamp they didn't have in stock for a recent model Odyssey. If you turn down the $2,000 in other 'issues', expect slow service and them breaking things. I had hoped my last experience with them ignoring a Honda service bulletin to charge me an extra $1,000 to unnecessarily tear my motor apart was anomoly but I'm feeling it's normal operating procedures here. Unless you are forced to, I'd say find someplace else.
I made an appointment online for an oil change and drove over to Honda of Tysons. I was greeted by a friendly porter when I pulled in. I went into Michael Lewis' office, the service tech assigned to me when I made the appointment. He looked up unenthusiastically and told me that he had been hoping to get out early today. His name tag was upside down, so I assume he wasn't having a great day. It took two hours and twenty minutes to complete my oil change and 40,000 mile service. This was about 50 minutes longer than I had been told it would take.
Honda of Tysons was great! Staff was on point with knowledge of my vehicle, friendly with their delivery of services and even impressed me with offering various discounts where possible! Oh...and the Cafe in the waiting area is nice touch as well. Hey Honda of Tysons...I'll be Back!
Best car buying experience I ever had! Vanny was our salesperson and she made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the car the I was looking into. I felt no pressure to make a decision and knew I was working with honest people. They went above and beyond for me to make sure I got everything I wanted at the price we agreed on. Nice place, conveniently located on Leesburg Pike, near Walmart..friendly staff, prices are reasonable, not great deals...very rare...service center is fine..a bit pricey though...great to buy a new car...
Buying the car was a good experience, but keep in mind, any person wanting to make a sale, will be as nice as can be. Everything afterwards was not good. I regret not having researched their customer rating before I bought the car from them. I'm one of those people that prefers to keep a car dealer serviced but Tysons Honda makes that it very difficult. One of the things I strongly dislike about Tysons Honda is, when you call them, you will have to endure listening to this ridiculously long introduction from the receptionist, get placed on hold, rotated around, someone will eventually pick up and you will hear a conversation they're having with someone else, then you'll get cut off (hung up on). This occurred three times in a row! When you call the service department, more often than not, you will have to call back and go through the receptionist, listen to the long intro and get rotated around... To say the least, this was extremely frustrating! I'm now convinced Tysons Honda is only interested in one-time customers (make a sale, then they're done with you). So that I don't have to deal with Tysons Honda any longer, I started taking my car to Rosenthal Honda for service and maintenance and will more than likely purchase my next Honda from them.
Steve Farr (Blue Team) was an excellent, I repeat excellent service representative. He made sure to meet and exceed my expectations on the service I received that day. He was patient, and very knowledgeable. Every concern or questions I had, he was able to answer, and put my mind at ease. Steve really made my experience at Honda of Tysons Corner a great one. I purchased my Honda Accord from here in 2014, and due to a previous incident, I said I would not return. Steve has made me a believer in Honda of Tysons Corner again. Thank you!!!!!
Tony Romo was a terrible quarterback but a great service tech. He doesn t sell you things you don t need. He fixes what needs to be fixed and gets you out of there. He even goes the extra mile and washes your car. Great service!
After having my 2016 Accord towed over 20 miles so that I could have my car serviced and checked over here, The service director, Ryan Parton refused to even look at my car even though the vehicle is still under warranty. Will not be coming back or advising anyone to take their car here.

Estimated 2-3 hours for an oil change. Waited 3 hours for an oil changed. Asked for an update - couldn t provide an eta. Terrible customer experience. Had to leave without getting an oil change....

The sales associate (Gary) and managers that I worked with we're forthright and transparent in all our interactions ieading up to the final sale. They were consistently responsive throughout the several week process I took in finding the car. Our final agreed to price was also attractive.
I have had my 2013 CRV serviced at Tysons Honda since buying it.Tim has been my Service Manager. They are great. HE is always on top of his game. This time TIM found the tire dealer I had recently used had not replaced one of the four lug nuts and the lock nut ion the front right tire. Look at yours; you'd never notice. I have moved to NJ but still come to see TIM for all my services. Why change!?!
Couldn't have been an easier car buying experience. I talked with Tamim over the phone, agreed that everything was as I wanted, and he started the paperwork. By the time I got to the dealership, it was as simple as signing a few forms and driving away in my new Accord. No pressure, no haggle, and a great price on top of that. Highly recommended.
Moe and Steve have nice personalities however there was no formal verbal discussion regarding my car's status after the service. It would help to talk about what was looked at and what not when picking up the car. Will continue to return because of close proximity. Highly recommend making appointments on weekends because they are busy. Car was cleaned after the service, that was a plus.

Sanjeev was incredibly helpful and informative, he explained the pricing breakdown beforehand and even had our car waiting for us to test drive when we arrived! The prices there are amazing and the staff is great, we love our new car and couldn't be happier!
Worst dealer and service department. The service is very informal and always late. They make up problems and they fix the rest at their own pace. They even tried to charge me almost $200 for an estimate!!! Good luck if you continue using this service. I am sure you will be on the same boat as all the people that left like us because of very poor service.
Scheduling was quick and easy. Had a number of things to get done. Check in was super easy, and the car which i thought things might take till the next day was done by early afternoon! Price was more than fair. Great job!!!
Tim Godinho is an excellent Service Manager. He provided an estimated time for the service and was done 10 minutes early. All work was completed and the car was returned cleaned and washed. Good Job Tim!
When I started my car that morning, I noticed that the tire pressure monitoring system showed that one of my tires was 10 psi lower than the other three. I called the dealership and asked if I could have them put air in the tire as well as check to see why it had lost pressure. They found a nail in the tire and repaired it and washed the car for me pretty quickly. I was very happy with how quickly they took care of the problem.
My car was due for an oil change and tire rotation service. Mike Lewis was my service manager. The service was pretty quick while was using the free internet access to do my work in the waiting room. I have a Car Care plan, but I did not have the coupon book. He went extra miles to talk to the office and requested them to send me a copy. I also noticed that they have streamlined their operations to make it easier for customer to check in and checkout. So great service and customer care. Way to go, Honda. Way to go, Mike!

I purchased a car from Honda of Tysons Corner approximately 3 weeks ago and felt that I needed to give thanks and praise before too much more time passed. I was very happy with my experience at Tysons Honda and with my sales rep, Ebrahim Farhanieh. First of all I did my research prior to buying my car (2014 CRV EXL) and I could not beat their prices within a 200 mile radius. secondly, I could not have been happier with Mr. Ebrahim's care and service; I am so grateful that I crossed his path when I went to the dealership. Ebrahim was thorough, kind, honest, and not pushy by any means, which is a hard quality to find in the car sales business. I will definitely refer people to the Tysons dealership and Ebrahim.
Got my CR-V there 2 weeks ago. Stephano helped me find the exact car and trim I wanted. I'm enjoying this car. This generation build quality is a step up from previous gen. I've read that CR-V interior isn't as nice as CX-5 but, it's got more legroom and cargo room which was important for us. ACC and LKAS helps out a lot in my daily commute.
Very good experience. Under a non aggressive car dealer approach, and mutual respect environment, the purchase was done smoothly and at cost-effective terms and conditions. I gave a five stars because their service bis-a-bis car dealer competitors, both at same type-car category, as well as other local Honda dealers, deserve it. From the sales man to the manager as well as other members of the dealer's team are eager to deliver a topnotch job.
Worst dealership service I have EVER received. Moral of the story- DO NOT GO THERE!! There are much better AND CHEAPER Honda service dealers. I have been there on Valentine's Day (which they put me in a foul mood because their lack of customer service). In any case here is my experience. First, the only reason I went back was because I received a coupon for $25 off any service done (excluding parts, tires, ect..). Honda refused to take the coupon, which was covered under the discount (I made sure to read the fine print). They gave me $5 off and a bs excuse on why they could not take the whole $25 off. Second, my glove box latch was broken by their disgruntled mechanic. They completely demolished my glove box trying to open it, failed to open it, and charged me $200. Essentially, they charged me for breaking my glove box. Additionally, they wanted to charge me another $415 to fix their mistake!! Note- I did not break my glove box it was a disgruntled mechanic who did. Fool me once shame on me. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.. Never again. They could give me the best deal on earth I will die or switch car makes before I EVER step foot in their terrible, rude facility EVER again! :)
I received outstanding customer service from Brian Giles when I brought my CRV in for an oil change and state inspection. It was my first service visit and I am very pleased. Everything was first class!
Welcoming atmosphere, large waiting room with a CNN TV and a sports channel on the other TV. Free coffee and there's also a coffee shop, good restrooms, play area for little ones, wi-fi, newspapers and magazines. But I still opted to go for a walk, reached TJ Maxx in ten minutes. I assume they do good work, because I know zilch about car maintenance and my car has been purring for 3.5 years in their care.
I took my car in for a basic 20,000 mile oil change. Everything was done properly. The service advisor (Tim G) was very helpful in getting the paperwork done quickly (my first time at this dealership) and otherwise most professional. The oil change was finished in the time promised. The car was deliver to me in the waiting area instead of me having to walk around the lot looking for it. One small negative, I would like to have a complementary car wash (like at other dealerships) but they didn't do that.
I had an excellent buying experience at Tysons Corner Honda. I requested a quote through their website from Tom Donovan on a 2018 CRV they had in stock and received an out-the-door price through email in a timely manner. Other Honda dealers wanted me to call for a price or come in to discuss pricing, which I refused to do. The buying experience was transparent and went smoothly. I walked in without an appointment and Tom was busy, so Arben Vila was helpful with a test drive and explaining features of the car. The sales manager even threw in some accessories I wanted as part of the deal. I would definitely use Tysons Corner Honda for my future automotive needs!
Was able to meet the shop assistant manager and discuss with him about car my repair. He keep me informed of parts received and returned delivered wrong. My SUV remain in the shop for more than 30 days. I picked up my truck but I add to take it back for painting adjustment. Sorting area you could the differences with the painting job. I arrange with Mr. Herbert to bring it back for painting correction. I'm in the process to set up appointment with Herbert to bring back my car for them to finish or to complete a better painting job with my car back door.
Had a fantastic experience with Jimmy Hamidzada and Jackie searching for the perfect car. After lots of research I was able to go in with the exact amount I was looking to pay for with very little hassle. All the staff was very patient while on the phone to get my new insurance set up to leave the dealership. All in all it was a very good experience for a young first time buyer.

Honda Dealers I am a loyal fan. I was in Virginia due to a family illness and was returning to Philadelphia that day. The tire pressure light had been on for a few days and thought let me find a Honda Dealer. Turned into Tyson and a young man said certainly will check and fill. The front right had a nail. No riding for me on 95 without being repaired. They said a busy Saturday and will be couple hours. Well it was one hour and their kindness and great customer service will not be forgotten. Overall everyone was courteous and professional. My big gripe is that after I purchased my new car, they took my old plate off my car and trashed my alumni plate that was on my old car. I'm very upset about this. No one seemed to care about having thrown my plate away.
5 stars all the way - I bought a new Honda last weekend at Honda of Tysons Corner ! I took a morning flight from Florida to Vienna Va . My sales person Tamim Akban was waiting for me at the airport. He took me to the dealership, we looked at the car , closed the deal. In a couple hours I was on the interstate headed back to Florida with my new Honda. It was a great experience all around. Very impressed with them and the deal !!
Good experience shopping for a used car. We got a really good deal. Service department using Jeremy was honest and straightforward. He told us to bring the car back before the warranty expired, if we had continuing problems.

So far this service department is 2 for 2 with me. As a former Honda service tech I normally wouldn't allow anyone except for me and the foreman that trained me to service on my vehicles. With a busy schedule, I'm going to enjoy this great service for as long as it lasts. Fingers crossed.
This place should be shut down. Do not take your car here under any circumstances. The service representative and manager will seem nice but they will outright lie to your face and attempt to collect as much money as possible. They will recommend repairs that are not necessary and justify them by using fear tactics that will prey on the customers not having any knowledge about cars. Additionally they will quote you prices for parts that are many times higher than anywhere else. For my personal experience, they recommended multiple maintenance activities related to changing fluids, spark plugs, and other miscellaneous items totaling to a thousand dollars without ever asking my car history of these maintenance activities. They tried to charge me for a part I did need replaced an amount 3 times higher than any local mechanics. They also tried to sell me on a repair by claiming that by fixing this part, it will prevent a very expensive part of the car failing. However, this repair they tried to sell me on has absolutely no relevance to the health of this other expensive part. If this wasn t enough yet, this place did not provide even the basic requirements of giving the customer paperwork to read and sign before actually inspecting the car. AND THEY CHARGED ME $150 DIAGNOSTIC FEE FOR A PROBLEM I TOLD THEM FULLY UPFRONT AND THAT TOOK THEM ONLY 10 MINS TO CONFIRM WAS ACCURATE. Bottom line, this place will scam you and should not be allowed to do business.
Tim did a superior job handling my service and recommending items for future work. I have been going to Tim and this Honda Service Dept for several years and have always been satisfied.
Do not purchase from this dealership. When we purchased a new vehicle, we encountered numerous issues with the finance department including fees that were never discussed or put in writing. The sales manager refuses to return our calls or emails. Now that we ran into issues, I see the Better Business Bureau site has open complaints. Don't be a victim, let your dollars be your voice and go elsewhere.
I brought my Honda Fit in 4 Oil Change and Service check up with a coupon. They even washed and vacuumed my car. I would highly recommend this dealership service department.
Honda took me in at my appointment time and said my service would take 1 1/2 hours and it did. I was out of there! Everybody was professional there and I will go back.

I would give a minus rating if it was na option. The sales people give me an appointment see a car and do not even find it important to inform me if that car was sold before I visit them. I made up a schedule after adjusting so much time and apparently they wasted it. This is really bad business. When I reach I find out that the car was sold just an hour ago just at the time when they booked my appointment. They manipulate and lie. I had a really worst experience. and then blame each other among themselves for misinforming me.
Jimmy was such a great help on buying my car. I bought a 2018 Pilot and the process was just so easy. There were no hard sells or pressure to buy . Which just made it very relaxing in a vey exhaustive process. I know where Im buying my second car now...
Car buying experience was great. But new car itself is not good. Brand new car with water leak in trunk. I did not expect new car will be in shop after couple days of buying it. I hope water test can be done on new cars before selling it to customers.

There online price is the price of the vehicle. It is not a bait price just to get you in. They had the car I was looking at online. There was no hassles back and forth on anything. The salesman answered questions before I needed to ask. It was a very "calm" process buying a car from them!
Update - July 10, 2019 As of July 10, 2019, I have yet to have the process complete with Ouriaman Honda of Vienna. The dealer was to send me a check for fees I encountered as they did not send the payoff of my trade-in and each week I call, I am told the check was sent or the check was returned due to invalid addresss and when I mention I will drive to dealer and pick up the check, I am then told processing happens at another location. This has been a four month process and still going.
Original Note. Hello. I am not one to write a lot of reviews. However, I thought it was time to share my experience with Ourisman Honda. I purchased a car on March 28, 2019 and I traded in my car. The salesperson, Tamin, was good. He was patient and worked to secure the car I was seeking. The Finance is where I encountered a barrage of issues. As of today, May 6, 2019, I still have not received my MD DMV information to go and pickup permanent tags. As well, the dealer has yet to send payoff for my trade-in. My bank has sent the check for the new car I purchased. Not sure why the hold up, but I can say, that well over six-weeks to send a check for pay-off is too long. This is now impacting my credit worthiness, as I show two car loans. I have called the dealer, more than a 15 times seeking assistance, my bank has called asking for updates, I have even placed a complaint/inquiry with American Honda who have been working to understand this case. Please beware as you work with this dealer. The entire process should not take this long and is now impacting me personally. If I could return the car and get my trade-in back, I would!!!
I had my car in for a routine service and to install a set of new tires. It was very well done, and at the end Honda washed my car as a complimentary service.
They really try to focus on service which you don't see much nowadays. The call backs, the timelines, and the work are all top notch. Now they just need to work on dropping service prices, my gosh.
Jesse L. Always gets things done, which makes it easier for me. He tells me the truth if I needed anything else. He doesn't recommend crazy repairs that aren't necessary quite yet. Honesty. Is hard to come by. Thanks to the tech who worked on my car as well.
