Our sales representative was Mohamed Ameyar. His product knowledge and personable approach helped to make our sales experience exceptional. He took his time and showed us the car's features with no rush or pressure. Also he let us take the car on a thorough test drive and answered all of our questions. We were surprised at how painless the whole process was. He made us feel comfortable with the purchase and we feel confident that Honda of Tysons Corner and Mohamed will take care of us in the future.

I would like to take a minute and applaud the service team at Tysons Honda. I brought my car in to resolve an issue I had with a stolen valet key. I was seen early and given a multitude of options. The cost was lower than originally quoted and the time it took was less than anticipated. I would like to especially thank Moe Azim-he took great care of me and his customer service is top notch.

It was thorough and excellent from the beginning to the end. Mohammed was our sales Rep and he never put any pressure on us for anything. He was extremely friendly, sincere, never on the defensive when we asked any type of questions. He's just a nice guy who wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. The financial agent, the one you dread in this process, did what he had to do and was up front about that. He too was very friendly and maintained a great attitude throughout the process especially when he was offering those options one hates to hear about and usually end up purchasing at least one of them. He was actually personable and fun to talk to. The car buying process is way too long and that cannot be avoided. Tyson's Honda did a great job. This was our second experience with them. The first one went very well with Ebi, another great guy and salesman. I highly recommend Tyson's Honda. This is why we went there a second time.

I had a horrible experience with the previous GM I made my first payment at the dealership and they didn't send it to Honda Financial (who blew up my phone for 6 months stating I never made the first payment). Regardless of how many times I called both Honda Financial and the dealership no one was willing to help. I even had Honda Financial call the dealership to confirm the transaction was made and the dealership lied and said I never made it there. I went into the dealership and showed the old GM my bank statements proving I made the payment yet still was treat by everyone as if I was trying to get away with something. You can understand how frustrating this was! In addition this was effecting my credit and I was afraid someone would repo my car.

Finally I went into the dealership again, Sanjeev (who was my salesman and one of the only helpful people throughout the process) greeted me. He immediately spoke with the new female GM who did not make me wait a ridiculous amount of time. She invited me into her office and listened to everything I had to say. From the beginning she was helpful, caring and didn't treat me like I was trying to get away with something. I emailed her over all the email correspondence with the previous GM (who I had to constantly chase down) as well as the bank statements. Right then she called Honda Financial and got the process started. By that Friday the dealership found my transaction, sent it over to Honda Financial along with a letter stating I was not at fault and to fix my credit. She kept me in the loop the entire time (despite it being Thanksgiving week and her having personal appointments).

THE BEST THING this location could of done was hire this new GM, Christine! She cares about the customers! Truly grateful this 6 months of hell is finally dealt with!

This is the first time I enjoyed going through the process of buying a car. The salesman was very down to earth and that made me very comfortable. The gentleman who processed the financing was exstremely nice. I felt like I had known them all my life. Everything went very smoothly. The salesman was very helpful in explaining all of the amenities on the car. It will take me a little time for me to familiarize with all these new gadgets. My salesman told me if I had any problems I could call him or come back to the dealership.
That is comforting.

I always have a good experience at Honda. The people there are skilled, helpful and personable. The only critique I have is for Honda's survey/rating system. It is very obvious that Honda employees need 5-star ratings to stay employed. This pressure on them often creates unnatural dynamics during the employee-customer exchange. I would guess that most 5-star ratings are given because the employee not only directly asks for it, but suggests that anything less than 5 will yield some type of disciplinary action. This is unfair for the customer and for the employees. It creates a hostile environment where open exchange is actually discouraged because of the possibility that it may land someone in hot water. If I think someone gave me 4-star and not 5-star service, I shouldn't have to worry about ruining someone's job security. The ratings are artificially inflated by the prevalent sentiment that at Honda, only 5-stars is acceptable.

Fantastic experience! We called in the morning and confirmed if the vehicle was still available. We set up an appointment and upon arrival Mr. Hakam took us in and took care of us. The vehicle was pulled up front and ready for us to test drive. The vehicle was exactly as descibed on the website. It was a 2017 Nissan Sentra. I had never been on hands with such a polite and welcoming salesperson ever.
He is the best, make sure you ask for him. He was dedicated to our satisfaction and went above and beyond to help us. The experience was fantastic; go check them out.

Mohamed was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that I test drove, as well as the entire sales process. He took time to explain everything. When he found that they did not have the vehicle that I wanted in my desired color, he searched in several states and went and picked up the car. Amazing car buying experience from start to finish! The salesperson was patient enough to let me decide the right car, the sales manager and finance manager were great in making the sales process smooth, fast, and efficient. I bought the brand new Accord EX and I'm very pleased with all the features, especially the remote start option, rear A/C system, and all the safety features such as lane watch and rear view camera. So far I'm loving my new Accord!!!

We just purchased a new 2015 Accord Hybrid from Honda of Tysons. We were not in the market for a hybrid. Jose Mojica the sales rep really new his cars and suggested we look at one since I was looking for a comfortable commuter that would seat 5. This Accord is a great car that happens to also give you 50 MPG. Jose really helped us select the right vehicle.

Great dealership experience, very service oriented, attentive, but not pushy. When it came down to brass tacks Steve Waersch the GM entered the picture for what I thought would be the usual car dealer squeeze. I was wrong again; Steve was very thoughtful, relaxed, and didn't make us feel pressured. He skipped all the drama and posturing and dealt with us like neighbors, very straightforward and sincere.

It is easy to do business with nice, professional people. They'll be getting my service business based on my great dealer experience.

As always, my service advisor was friendly, pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. He always is "five star" to me.

Pricing was fair, but not cheap.
I received a 15% off birthday coupon which made the cost reasonable.
However, the coupon does not apply to "shop supplies" which added up to be quite a bit. I wasn't happy about that.

The waiting room is sparse, and connecting to the wifi was again difficult and spotty. I wish you'd fix that! I've been complaining about it for five years. Even when I got connected, I got disconnected several times. This was a big deal since my two hour service visit (per the girl who made my appointment on the phone), became three hours when I checked in with Tim. I was finally released after three hours and forty five minutes, which meant I had to navigate rush hour traffic in Tyspns Corner. Not my idea of a fun time. Plus, while it looked like that had washed my car, they had not. Or, they did a reslly crappy job. You pick.

I'm going to give them five stars because my service advisor is really a great guy. But overall, I'd put a few asterisks next to it per my comments above.

Be careful you might receive keys that can t even manually open your car both spare and original ,and you ll be left with the problem to solve on your own . Who wouldn t use the fob to open the door only in an emergency like the battery dies would you need the physical key just to find out it doesn t work. They say it s not they re problem I should ve checked before I left with the car, but damn simple stuff like that shouldn t need to be checked if you give someone a key make sure it works period.

Khalid is the best! I met Khalid about 3 years ago when we purchased our first Honda. Since then we ve remained in touch and we were happy to reach out to him again. Khalid is a consummate professional, has clearly studied his product down to the manufacturers manual, knowledgeable to the point where he can tell you factory part numbers off the top of his head, and has the patience of a saint! My wife had him open at least 10 identically-built cars when we went shopping. Seriously, the only difference the cars had was the color and she wanted to sit in every single one of them to see the difference... He always laughed, smiled and jogged back for the keys. Most people would have been annoyed; Khalid just laughed it off!
If you shop here, highly recommend reaching out to Khalid! He's our favorite =)

Although my car passed state inspection in July, I noticed some tire spinning when roads were wet. Advisor Steve Farr confirmed my tread was getting low and recommended new tires. Also advised that the battery was getting low and recommended new battery to survive current frigid temperatures. Great news - the dealership honored the 20% discount coupon that I received by email as a regular customer.

Can't really speak for the Tysons Corner Honda team as a whole, but my overall experience with this dealership was absolutely horrendous, largely due to their sales manager Tamim. Not only was his quote $1,500 dollars more than every other Honda dealership in NOVA, but he never responded to my e-mails or phone calls. He asked me to send quotes I received from other dealerships, but once I sent them to him, he never responded. What a terrible salesman. I do not recommend this place AT ALL. You are much better off at the other Honda dealerships in the area; they will give you a much better deal and actually respond to your inquiries.

Had to create a second account to rate this pathetic excuse of a dealership. 50 days after my used car purchase (which failed inspection and required $700 in repair, among others) my license plates are still missing. When i called the salesperson (after 25 times of asking) he mentioned that they lost all info about my car with a change in management. If I wasn't really aggressive about getting a second pair of temp tags in time, my expired car would be on the street and probably towed by law enforcement by this time.

Finance and Sales managers are never in. I have called maybe 40 times in total to reach them twice or thrice. They never respond to emails either. And they have the audacity to charge money for dealer processing as well as blaming the customer for everything. They are the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever worked with in my life.

A very large selection of cars to choose from, along with Honest salesmen something I have rarely encountered in my lifetime. Mr Sanjee Kushif made purchasing a vehicle stress free and quite a pleasurable experience. Also I am a Honda lover so there you have it.

We had such a smooth, efficient, and friendly experience at this dealership. After visiting multiple dealerships we had the best experience here. Steven Tran was our sales consultant and Gil his manager made our purchasing process so easy. They bring you their best deal up front, not wasting your time, and they aren't pushy at all-- no persistent phone calls. Steven was so friendly, and it was Christmas Eve, but he didn't make us feel rushed even though they were closing soon and he must have wanted to be with his family. We really appreciated the professionalism, straight forwardedness, and honesty of Steven and Gil as well as the finance manager, Arash. At no point did they push us into buying additional packages or accessories either. Steven even followed up a few days later to make sure we were satisfied.

I can't even believe we were victims of typical dealer service tactics. We got a coupon in the mail for an oil change and tire rotation, expected total around $70, it was reasonable so my wife took her car in. Of course they give her the typical tactics, say they recommend the A-1 service including "filters", in the hectic area have her sign "here here and here"... I call them to see what "filters" entails..."oh that includes air and cabin filter", that bumps it up to $200!! FYI, cabin and air filter take maybe 5 minutes to swap out max, and do not need to be changed unless you constantly drive on dirt roads. When I argue it, they say they got me cause she signed for it, unknowingly of course.

Please find a trust-worthy shop or do it yourself for pennies on the dollar. Can't said I've heard better about any of the other Honda stealership service shops in the area either.

I was traveling in New England recently with our 2010 Honda Odyssey van when all the lights and gauges on the dash began flashing like crazy. The Honda dealer in Maine claimed that he would have to order a new part from Ohio and it would take several days to get it and repair it. But the technician said it was okay to drive the vehicle as it didn't affect the engine so we drove back to Virginia and took the van to Honda of Tyson's Corner where we bought it six years ago. They fixed the problem in about 30 minutes simply by reprograming the computer! No parts needed, no charge. We want to commend Moe, Jesse, and staff for their excellent, efficient, and professional service.

Recently my daughter took her 2012 Civic to Honda of Tysons Corner because it was not running smoothly. After the vehicle was examined, Tim Godinho, the Service Advisor, explained that the technician had discovered a crack in the air intake hose and replaced it. It's been running great ever since!
Shortly after that, I brought in my CRV for a safety recall and because the check engine light was on although the warning light went off before I arrived at the garage. Again, Tim ran a computer diagnosis, but found no apparent problem. He suggested that I try running a tankful of high octane gas to see if that would make things run more smoothly instead of resorting to a more detailed diagnosis. That has helped and I appreciate the professional service we have found at Honda of Tysons Corner.

The customer service at this dealership is excellent! Jeremy Hand, who s my service advisor always makes sure my car receive an excellent work.
Besides that, he s very nice and professional. My experience here have always been the best. The
work on my car is always accomplished within the estimated time. Another thing that I would like to mention here is that my service advisor (Jeremy Hand) always answers, or pays attention to any concerns I might have and offers me the best service. So, for that I highly recommend this dealership.

I came in on Dec 19th because there was a recall on my Honda CRV. I had a few non-related to the recall questions and Kyle was able to answer everything and provide recommendations. My Honda experience at Tysons is very disappointing.
I bought my car at Pacific Honda in San Diego and they were beyond excellent. I had my first oil change there and they were super excellent in their service and gave me a printed stats of my car and how the checked went, charging me for only $50. Here in Tysons, the service personnel assigned to me cannot be bothered with his computer work, so flat in his interaction, did not offer any comfort like waiting area, water etc. They charge me too much for what they did and they want me to pay extra for usual checks. No discount and def poor in customer service.

Great service, very efficient, very thorough. Service advisor Tony Romo kept us up to date with every finding, and every potential fix including the estimated cost. He further told me what had to be fixed right now and what could wait a bit longer. In the end the cost was reasonable and I have greater confidence in my car. Thanks for everything Tyson's Honda!!

The service initially was ok - finished in an hour...

The service initially was ok - finished in an hour for regular oil/filter change. However the car came back with no wash, which is usually given unless the customer says not to do so. Then they told it will take 15-20 mins. After 25 mins, when asked, they checked and it seems the wash hadn t even been started - so another 15 mins. After that time, when asked the tech went to see what s going on and came back with a washed car and told me ready to go, but hold on, it s someone else s car. The drama ended after 1 hr 15 mins of wasted time since initial service was complete. And during all this time, the techs and helping staff is bantering about. And when I told in the end that they would have to compensate me for my lost time, the guys just laughed and offered no appreciation.

Never going back there again!!!

Still I am having bad experience with ourisman honda tyscon corner, I bought a new car and we also agreed to ourisman Honda tyscon corner will pay my lease due, but almost 4 month passed still they did not send me a any check of lease pay due, I am continously reaching them through phone, email but they never respond properly if you want to talk with Sales manager always says he is in meeting but never reach out again to you. So please be aware of it before fall into frustration. Just bought a 2016 Accord Sport Edition with some excellent help from Khalid Janah. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating with me when test driving a couple of models. I came in with a pretty general idea of what I wanted, and wanted to see a few different options. He was patient, allowed me to take my time, never seemed to get impatient or frustrated with any of my questions either, which I really appreciated.

I was also assisted by Daniel McVicar, from the Finance department. He was helpful and was able to work with me (again, flexible, a plus) going through various rates and terms to get the right finance option. He also was helpful with the additional service package. I originally signed up for Premium Service Package, but ended up wanting to drop one of the items on it 2 days later...Should be easy right? It was! Dan was still very excited to assist me and was able to not only remove that option but found me a $500 rebate as well...can't ask for more than that! Working with Dan was great, he was very knowledgable and not pushy but wants to make sure you understand your coverage options and see if they can provide additional benefits that insurance doesn't cover (i.e. GAP protection). He helped assure I had a good buying experience (first time buying a new car) and left feeling I received good service and purchased a great value (my car is SICK).

Moe and the team were wonderful, fast and great customer service. I called in the morning for an alignment because I got a 25% coupon and he had me come in right away. Told me it would be about hour and half wait.
Went to you lounge read the newspaper, watch CCN and before I new it my car was finished. Very very efficient.

p.s. I had my car scheduled for an alignment with another dealer the next morning at 7:15 but you saved me $20.00 so I cancelled.

I'm very pleased with the service Jimmy Hamidzada and Honda of Tysons Corner provided. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. I chose to drive 100 miles to this dealership because they had a lower price on the vehicle I wanted than any of the dealerships where I live (a $1500-$2000 difference). The "out of the door" price was pretty spot on. I love driving the vehicle and I would recommend this dealership.

I took my car for an oil change. Moe was my service advisor. He told me how long it would take for work completion on my civic and was spot on. I even got a complimentary carwash. I received excellent service! I will continue taking my car here and recommend all my Honda driving friends take their cars here too!

I purchased 2015 Honda Accord 7/19/2020 my battery went out 9/12/2020 at a gas station i left my hood and see that battery is missing cap so i contact the dealer about it they say buy one and they'll refund my money ,so i ask did you service the car before you sold it to me and they said yes but my oil life is saying 30% iv'e put 3000 miles since i brought it 30% at 3000 miles when service manager tell me they go 6000 miles which one is it. For any one that buys a USE car know that they don't service the cars before they sale them to you
