This place has the worst customer service. You drive up to the service bay and there s no one to greet you. Even though you ve been standing there for 10 minutes, no one comes to ask if you need any help. You need to find a service advisor, who then looks you up in the system to see who you ve been assigned to.
Secondly they don t honor their coupons. Supposedly you have to print out the coupon and present it before the service. Really? Who prints out things nowadays?
Similar experience to other customers here. Made an appointment but still had to wait 2.5 hrs. What s the point of an appointment?
