I would like to take this opportunity to commend the service department of Honda of Tysons Corner; particularly a service team member- Tim. I previously took my 2013 Honda Accord to a dealership for routine maintenance that was closer to me for my convenience (Hendrick Honda) and consistently received poor service.
About a year ago, I took my car to Honda of Tysons Corner. Tim assisted me and it was a great experience. I recently took my car in for service and once again was advised to speak with Tim. Even though the message was not passed along to him that I was coming, he took care of my servicing and completed everything within 45 minutes. Yesterday I noticed something I felt was out of the norm and called Tim. He was about to leave but took my phone call and said he would stay until 5 tomorrow because I don't get off from work until 4 even though he was scheduled to get off at 4 himself.
This is an example of superior customer service that should be a standard and not the exception and why I will now drive out of my way to have my car serviced at this location.
