Every time I come to Honda of Tysons corner it's something else that makes me wish I never came back. This time, I made an online appt for 9am. I arrive at 9, and the line is out the door and my wait time is likely 1.5 hours for oil change and safety inspection, and they are 30 minutes behind that. After speaking with the manager, I found out most of those in line had 9am appointments as well or were walk ins. the manager did not understand the concept of appointment block times nor did he understand priority to those with appointments. He just kept saying "It's a holiday weekend ma'am."
Sunset Hills Automotive completed the work, and then some, in an hour.
