Plumbing and air conditioning disasters rarely occur during normal business hours. That is why I m glad I had Griffin Services as my Heating/AC and plumbing company on Halloween night! After a scary situation with an external water pipe leak, Jake responded with outstanding customer service to save the day!
The leak in the water pipe was where the water source comes into the house. The leak was below the valve going to the house and we could not figure out how to stop the flow! Quick fixes using a water proof / leak stopping tape advertised to keep a boat afloat did not work. We called Griffin and technician Jake reached out via Face time to walk us through how to secure the water at the meter and arrived on scene early the day to make the permanent repairs to get water restored to the house for a very reasonable fee. I have never experienced service this exceptional in all my years as a homeowner!

Technician arrived promptly, serviced two units in our rental complex. Problem corrected as expected. The only reason it was four stars instead of five is that it was more expensive than expected.
Roberto was fantastic! He was punctual, gave me a courtesy call before arriving and throughly inspected my unit taking his time to explain and show everything to me! I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty about what we needed and what we didn t! He was not pushy and gave me time to figure out what was best for our home and budget.
There were cheaper prices out there but we're ones who read people's reviews and Griffin Services had great ones. We definitely didn't want to go with some Joe Schmo who could be out of business next month and ultimately leave us with no warranty.
Shane was the rep. who was very thorough in measuring the house so we got the proper size unit for our home. He explained the different options available to us with no pressure to over sell. The last company we hired to come out failed to tell us the condition, show us the condition, and was in and out and on his way. Joe was thorough with the cleaning, inspection, and report. Recently, our system was not cooling properly.

Amazing service! Originally called for an A/C tune up, because we had a high electric bill. Tom came out and not only cleaned the unit, but inspected the entire system, our duct work, outside vents, air quality, water softener, and water filtration system.
We have a HALO water system and didn't realize our system needed new filters, and ongoing maintenance (it came with the House).
We also asked them to clean our air ducts.
Our house is so much more comfortable now! I didn't realize how dusty the air was until it they cleaned our vents. The house stays so much more clean in between cleanings. Our electric bill is back down to normal levels (under $350 for a 4300 sq. ft house - in June with the AC running all the time). And our water is so clean and tasty! No more water bottles!
I have recommended Griffin to several of my friends, and they have all been very pleased.
I called a big name company who told me it would $148 just for them to come out. Plus $30 something for each 15 minutes if the service took more than 45 minutes, PLUS parts. I am so glad I looked for another option and found Griffin Plumbing. They had a special that was less than half what the big name company wanted and they would waive that if I elected to do the repairs they recommended. My plumber's name was Alan. Ge was on time, professional and friendly. He fixed the problem for in a timely fashion and was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. The service call took about 90 minutes and cost only slightly more than the other company wanted to charge just to come out. I would give give Griffin and Alan 5 stars. I have found a company I can trust and a plumber that I like and I will call Griffin for all my future plumbing needs.

Griffin services diagnosed my water heater needed to be replaced for a new one and they scheduled for the replacement few days later but the same night the water heater started leak badly so I called first thing in the morning and they prioritized and replaced same day.
We were spared of lots of stress and discomfort thanks to Griffin services' prompt and professional work.
Our heat went out suddenly late and I was able to call and get an appointment the very next morning. When the technician was on his way I received a phone call with an eta then shortly after a text from the company stating who the technician was with a short bio and a photo of who was showing up, I really appreciate this detail from their company! The technician Joe was very polite, Joe kept me informed the whole time he was working and as to what he was doing and what was needed. He even took time to answer questions about some additional products we were interested in and to discuss their membership plan with me as well, since our unit is almost 21 years old. Joe was the first technician that has not told me my unit will probably die on us soon because of the age, he just recommended keeping it serviced to keep it thriving at its old age. I will definitely continue to use Griffin Services and highly recommend them.

The Duct And Handler Cleaning Service was impeccable. The office called to let me know when they were arriving. The tech, Jordan, was Very through, very good explanation and clean up. Jordan went above and beyond to answer my questions and show me stuff that was not necessarily involved in the duct cleaning. I have been with a competitor of Griffin for over 12 years for 2 properties and I will be switching HVAC companies. It appears that D Heat and Air was taking advantage of my loyalty and not giving me the service I was promised and given early on by the team that I knew. It has been less than two weeks since Griffin came out to service my AC system and now my thermostat has gone blank and NOTHING is working and now they want to charge me the emergency fee to come out and look at it again after a 735$ repair bill
Great service. Our technician (Scott) was friendly and explained in detail everything he was doing and why. He gave us options and didn't push anything on us. He arrived on time and worked until the job was complete. We were very pleased.

Roberto was totally awesome! He came out promptly the next morning and explained the entire process that was needed and gave a fair quote.
Paid for A/c Diagnostic service call. Griffin diagnosed as "bad compressor", said it was "dead", would not run, and we needed a new A/C. 30 minutes later they had a salesman out quoting us $4700 new units. Had another A/C repair company (Wilson Heating Air) come out 2 days later, they put a "start kit" and "run capacitor" in it and it worked perfectly fine 15 minutes later. Giving Griffin the benefit of the doubt that this was just an honest mistake I contacted Griffin, sent them the diagnosis from Wilson and requested a refund of their incorrect "diagnostic" service call charge. As of today it still has not been refunded. This looks like fraud to me by incorrectly diagnosing "bad / dead compressor" complete with a service call charge and then attempting to sell us a new AC we did not need. If this was an honest mistake, they would have refunded the service call charge for the diagnosis that was clearly incorrect after being notified of this situation and receiving the copy of the Wilson repair call.
