Roberto came to my house the several days ago and he was absolutely was the greatest joy to be around as soon as he entered my home he greeted my dogs . Said hello to my wife , and instantly felt like a family friend . He taught me about the different type of Seers from 14-18 , and then i was told by other companies the magic number 14 . Roberto educated me in a way that made sense of what i was purchasing I felt comfortable and with a Lifetime Warranty with the Amana System , and also a rebate from Duval County. it was a simple an easy decision. A guy like Roberto does Not come around often and he is a great asset to Griffin Services , . The Techs David and Mike were also amazing .they were fast , knowledgeable and had years of experience. My tech today was named Joe, he was very knowledgeable, nice, understood my problem and respected my home. I highly recommend Griffin Service, I called to schedule an appointment and they literally arrived 15 minutes after me calling. Upon inspection of my AC unit, he knew exactly what it was and priced me on the spot. The pricing was highly reasonable as I thought they were going to charge a higher amount. I will definitely be using Griffin Services and taking advantage of their Total Care Club membership!

After speaking with four different companies, who refused to go into my attic and repair my duct work because it was summer, I came across Griffin Service online. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. Starting with the receptionist, the crew, and ending with management. Shane & Wade explained everything, and took as much time was needed to ensure that I was well informed. Griffin Services is the one for Quality Work, Customer Satisfaction, and Professionalism. Scott was AMAZING. I had a hot water heater problem and he came right over and diagnosed it in no time flat. He gave me several options for repair and there was no pressure at all. Thank you for the best service, I love this company!

We have used Griffin twice for AC and heating issues. They are by far the most pleasant and professional service provider I have worked with. The office staff is helpful and very polite. Shane and Wade called before arriving and arrived within the promised window. They were excellent at communicating what the issues were and how to fix them. I would never consider contacting another company.

Griffin service is outstanding. Upon explaining them the need to have AC working as soon as possible, they did mind to send someone over the weekend ( the 4th of July) to fix it. Two great guys ( Jordan and Chris) showed up on time and explained everything before they went ahead and do the job.
I would definitely recommend Griffin Service to anyone who is facing AC and cooling system issues.

I was very impressed with Griffin Service. The people I dealt with were very polite, friendly, did a very professional job, wore booties while in the house and cleaned up after job was completed. I couldn't ask for a better experience with my a/c maintenance, and the cleaning of my a/c vents and dryer vent.

I appreciate the great technical and customer support by Wade. After 30 mins or so we had an operating thermostat. My kids will greatly appreciate it.

This is my second time working with Griffin Services A.C. repair and both times it's been pleasant. The technician Scott R. called ahead to give me an estimated time of arrival which was helpful for my schedule. Scott made sure I knew what service he was providing and the breakdown of cost before starting. He was respectfully of my home and instructed me on how to keep my vents cleaned. He also left me an extra filter! I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. Talking with Shane you feel like you know him he is so knowledgeable on so many things . I rated them as 5 stars.

Had Griffin over for a maintenance call for our air conditioner. Jimmy McHone arrived on time and performed the maintenance quickly and professionally. During the call Jimmy discussed various output measures for the ac unit and explained every maintenance point so I understood the actions needed. Would definitely use again (in fact signed up for a maintenance plan) and recommend Griffin (and Jimmy) to anyone in need of HVAC service or simple maintenance.

Scott was great. Our heating system stopped on 1/2/18 at 3:00 in the afternoon. Scott was there by 6:30 PM and stayed until everything was working. While other businesses would not come out, Wade made sure he got Scott out here to do the repair so we did not freeze. Highly recommend these guys. Professional and caring. Hard workers that appreciate your business and do a great job. They will be doing all of our heat and air work.

My AC went out last night and when Joe Schiraldi with Griffin Service got here today he had it going in less than 30 minutes!! Thank you so much!! So happy I can sleep in the cool comfort of my home tonight!!

So, my AC quits working at 5:00 PM on a hot Sunday afternoon and the temperature in the house is climbing and I am looking at a hot sleepless night. Griffin Service answered my phone call and had a technician out within an hour. The technician, Jordan was pleasant and it became very obvious, highly skilled at AC repair. Just had my first encounter with Joe from Griffin Service. I needed to have my AC checked out as it has been awhile since the last servicing. He was courteous and informative and able to fix an issue I did not know about. He explained everything and I would highly recommend this company. Happy with the job they did to replace our hot water heater. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Really appreciated the time taken to explain and educate about our plumbing situation. Based on this, I will call them for future needs we have in plumbing, HVAC or our water softener since they service all of them.

Griffin Services is a 10 out of 10! My previous AC service contract expired and i was referred from a friend to call Griffin Service's employee, Scott. Upon calling Scott, the first thing i noticed was his professionalism and great energy over the phone. Next, I signed up for the 3 year servicing plan thinking I would get a call back to schedule a my first appointment. Not only did i get a call back within minutes, but Scott explained he could come to my residence that same day and get started. Unlike my old company, Scott spent time showing me the "in and the outs" of my AC HVAC and outside unit. He took his time and made sure i was confident in the service he was providing and making sure everything was in great condition before he completed the job. He was patience with my wife and I's questions making sure every box was checked. I would highly recommend using Griffin Services and the multiple services they offer. Be sure to ask for Scott, because he is a Salt of the Earth guy who will knock it out of the park.

They were prompt, attentive, communicated well, and delivered what they promised. No one wants to spend money on air conditioning but a routine check of our system for summer revealed a mold issue. It took me a few tries to get this situation with my hot water pump resolved, but the main cause of that was myself. However, Joe did an excellent job of recommending several options, but I had to try it my way. In the end, Griffin Services was excellent and the advice was spot on. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a hot water pump or air condition units.

I chose Griffin because of their wonderful quality of service combined with the fantastic warranties the Amana equipment offers. My dad Hank, used Griffin a few months back for a system install and when my AC went out I knew exactly who to call. Kyle was more than helpful and made a difficult process seem so simple. We needed a new central heat and air conditioner. After getting several quotes, Griffin Service was hands down, our best choice. They came out within a few hours after calling to diagnose and repair my AC. Alan was very friendly and informative, he walked me through everything he was doing and gave me tips on general upkeep of my unit.

Jordan Bateman was our technician. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and honest. He quickly found the problem with our AC and was able to repair it quickly.

Asked for a quote to clean ductwork. Reps were very polite and thorough. No pressure to do anything. Presented us with various options. Follow-up tech inspected duct work and said we did not need a cleaning, duct work was still very clean (after 10 years). We'd be wasting money. Appreciate the honesty. Wouldn't hesitate to use Griffin for further services. Many stars.

I am happy to tell you about the superior customer service I had today from Roberto Garcia. He called me immediately, on his day off, from my posting on Home Adviser and was at my home within 30 minutes. Roberto was personable and highly versed on his product. He made excellent suggestions and I know my home will be cooler and my electric bill will be going down. Roberto advised me of a Duval County rebate. I was given a rebate for paying cash and a senior discount. I am completely satisfied with my pricing and almost immediate installation date. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

I called Griffin due to a shorted Aquaguard sensor and needing scheduled maintenance. My tech, Jordan, was professional and explained in detail the issues he found and all the costs beforehand. Work was done in a timely manner, everything was clean, and issues resolved.

I had my A/C replaced by Griffin Services about 2 months ago. It was a great process from the sales Rep (Ben) to the A/C installers. They replaced a 20-year old builders model with a 16 SEER unit. It has made a real impact on my power bill. The unit is top notch and they had the extras I wanted such as WiFi enabled t-stats with humidity control, upgraded air filtration, and UV sterilizing lights. The price was lower than I thought it would be, which makes it even better. The Griffin employees are what really make the difference. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have 2 rental properties and when they are ready for new A/C's I will be giving Griffin a call.

Horrible communication. Long story short they do nothing they are supposed to do! Never call you back , make excuses for not doing the work . Would never use this company again

Mike and Joe did a wonderful job. I had my dryer vents cleaned as well as my plenums replaced, fan cleaned, uv light installed, mold clean-up, vent adjustment, etc. They were both professional and courteous.

Griffin Services as a whole is such and professional company I have already recommended them to three other people, two of which have already called! The company is up front and honest. I did not feel once that I was being sold on anything I didn t need. Sean is the first person we spoke with and he took the time to listen to what we were experiencing with our HVAC system, past experiences with other companies who tried to help us, and what we were hoping to achieve. Again, he took the time to look into what we specifically needed and we very much appreciated that. We will continue to work with Griffin Services as well as recommend them!

Kudos to Joe Schiraldi, and Scott Rake, technicians ....I Must say that I used this company twice, and that was due to the unit I have in the condo I just moved into is old.
On both those occasions the service I received was excellent.the technicians on both occasions were informed,, professional,explained all that was happening, and why it was happening..also how to save money .what a nice experience under the circumstances,

Most important to me was the fact that both technicians were polite, sociable and took the time to explain . Kudos to those two techs for being so we'll informed and professional I would highly recommend this company and their services and I feel confident that that whichever service technician comes out to service your air conditioner, they will be a pro like the those I mentioned.

I've had these guys come out on three separate occasions for various projects. The technicians are always professional, friendly, courteous, patient, and helpful. The price is very reasonable and they don't upsell you. This is my go-to company for the services they offer. Highly recommended.

So I recently got a brand new Amana AC and Heating unit from Griffin AC and it's been a wonderful new unit! Michael came out at first and inspected my old one that was over ten years old, told me the problems and after meeting up with Kyle (Very friendly guy!) was able to get financing options and found about the different options that would be good for my Condo. He gave good suggestions without pushing for something way more than I needed and provided the benefits of different systems, even letting me know about a nice JEA rebate too. I've been very happy with the system. Michael and Jordan came out on a Monday to get the system installed, installed new copper, and had the thing done in good time. They cleaned up well after themselves and laid down cloth so they wouldn't even make a mess of the rug. Both of them were super friendly and informative and helped make sure everything was right. They've come out since to check that everything was working on a followup visit and even changed out the breakers to the right type for the units. Very professional and very nice guys all around. Highly recommend Griffin AC for very courteous, friendly, Professional, and great service people. Thank you for your great service and me having a nice cool home once again!

Griffin service came through in our most dire time of need. The house temp was about 90 degrees...Other services were called but never came. Griffin service was here as soon as they could and carefully walked me through the diagnosis and steps to take. The problem was resolved swiftly. Wade Taylor, very nice and efficient guy. Thanks to him, we will not be toast this weekend expecially with the warm weather. I highly recommend Griffin Service.

Awesome honest employees and excellent customer service. Shane was my salesman. He was excellent at explaining all the equipment and details. He asked to view all our existing equipment and even asked to go up into the attic. There he found the problem. We had a large hole in the ductwork. He actually patched the hole for us and our house cooled down immediately. We were so impressed with the honesty that we decided to go ahead and replace our system with a newer more efficient unit since our existing unit was a 2003. Our installers were Dave and Wes who were so polite and professional. They repaired the defective ductwork and took pictures to show us. They check all the seams for any leaks. They vacuumed and cleaned the closet that housed the old unit prior to installing the new system. We are very pleased with our new 2 stage system. It is much more quiet and cools so much better than our old system. Griffin Services also included a hurricane pad and registered the warranty information for us. I recommend them highly. Request my team!

I called Griffin's 24/7 emergency service and within 2 hours Joey arrived. After a thorough exam he found corrected the problem. Joe was very professional and patiently explained what he was doing. I am going to have a maintenance contract with Griffin because of their prompt and professional response to out loss of A/C.
I had my first service and it was top notch. Joe came and did a great job cleaning the outside and inside units and answering questions. Anyone needing the central air serviced should give Griffin a call. You will not be disappointed.

Holy cow, talk about excellent service. Griffin Service was not the only company I had come out to my house but looking back it sure feels like they were the only company who tried. Their consultant Kyle took his time and offered me solutions that none of the other companies even talked to me about. So not only did I get a new air conditioner and water heater but I am saving close to 30% on my electricity bills for getting high efficiency equipment. And I got 10 years parts warranty, 10 years labor warranty and a lifetime warranty on my outside unit. Kyle, you da man! Griffin, you da man! Thank you all!

Jordan did an outstanding job on the 6 month maintenance check. Explained everything he did and showed how best to clean drain line and change out filter and had suggestions how to make it easier. Helped with solutions to a problem spot in the house regarding warm areas and provided estimates so help rectify the situation. Please send him back anytime.

Best service and experience I have ever had!! Joe was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend requesting him!! Before each step in the process, he took the time to thoroughly explain what he proposed to do and how much each thing would cost. He helped me to understand what was going on with my A/C and then taught me about all the options I could choose, so that I could make the best choice for my home and budget. Not only did he do all this, but he taught me a lot about A/C maintenance and showed me how to tilt the air vents so my family would feel the air better. He even went and adjusted one himself so that I could see how it was done. He fixed our A/C and it feels better than it ever has! I cannot even believe how cool our house feels now! We will definitely call you for all of our A/C needs from this point forward.
