Joe from Griffin came to fix my Mom's hot water heater. It was old & needed to be replaced. Joe did an excellent job, was polite, undetstanding & professional! He came on time & called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Joe also made sure the tank was working properly before he left. All in all, it was a great experience! I would highly recommend Griffin & Joe!
