The service technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair. They looked at all possible causes and ran it to ground. Would highly recommend their service technician Joe. They worked diligently with Lennox to acquire the part near closing hours.

We will be looking into their preventative maintenance program.
