We have used Watson Steel and Iron Works LLC many times times over the years. After a drunk driver destroyed our custom mailbox in 2016, we had them make our new mailbox. We loved it so much when we moved in 2017 we had them make another one just like it for the new home. And when our daughter built next door to us, we had them make another as a house-warming gift. Great company and product. Looked originally at a basic aluminum rail product but decided to upgrade to a custom metal. Great decision as the metal railing is awesome. They did a fantastic job start to finish. Highly recommend!!!!

We had them create railings for out front porch steps and the steps for our new back patio. Process was simple and painless. We visited the showroom and told them what we wanted. They came out and measured and a couple of weeks later came back and installed the railings. Beautiful. And since the installations were outside, we didn't have to be there.

We built a new house and needed railing up the front steps and across the end of the front porch. We were given an allowance for the railings and as often is the case, we purchased over that amount for a better product. Two months after the iron railings were installed, rust appeared at the base of the balusters. Told "that's just the nature of iron". After two months? Next after much discussion, they sent out a crew to "touch up" the rust. Original was spray painted and touched up with a brush which left terrible brush strokes. Worker told me if when it dried, I didn't like the work, call us and we will come out and spray it. It didn't and they won't.

Have used Watson for decades. Most recently for mailbox for my personal house. Looks fantastic. Can't get anywhere else.

Talked with many companies to solve a tricky railing install. Watson Steel were the ones that were flexible and gave me options to finish my project like I wanted. Were very easy to work with and installation looks great.

We had a small job....many companies might refuse to even look at it. But, Watson Steel and Iron came out promptly, gave us a very fair price and set a date to install the railing. They designed the rail to go with the rest of our house. They arrived on time on the day they said they would and the rail was installed. It looks great. We highly recommend them because they were willing to do what I would call a grudge job and they did it promptly. We are very pleased with the outcome.

From a photo of an iron headboard, Watson created the perfect rails for our mid-century modern ranch. This company is great. We needed a new railing for our porch and wanted something modern so it didn't take away from the view (we are lakefront). We ended up doing an aluminum cable style and they were able to custom match the powder coat to the trim/gutter color we had just installed. It looks absolutely amazing. Even better than we were expecting. The crew that did the trial fit and final install were professional and there are literally no imperfections anywhere. For anyone that has renovated a house, that is almost unheard of. We couldn't be happier.

Very efficient and responsive to emails. Installed mailbox two days sooner than promised. Quality workmanship. Mailbox looks very prestige per HOA standard. This is not my personal mailbox, but the one I used to order. Mine looks better with the numbers on the paperbox! :)

Our experience with Watson Steel was great. I originally called them to work on railings for the stairs on a shed. They came out and measured within a day or two and then worked with my wife for railings on our front porch. They were willing to work with us on design as we had multiple changes. The test fit the porch railings prior to final power-coat and the finished product came out amazing. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and how great it looks.
