All I can say is Wow Roberto was FAST !! he called me literally after I submitted a inquiry on the website , he came all the way from St. Augustine to Oakleaf in 40min to come and talk about A ductless unit for my brand new home. I m so glad he came and I chose Griffin . I related to him well for our love of pit bulls , I have a puppy and he immediately went to my new blue pitbulls and stated he had one for 16yrs and recently put him down. Roberto Garcia is a Prime example of what n Advisor should be , and took the time to explain why running just a supply duct would not be beneficial for me . Installation went as planned. Our AC went out on Tuesday. Kyle, the customer service representative arrived on Wednesday morning at 10AM. By 12PM we had a replacement contract in place. Thursday evening at 5PM both new units where cooling our home. Kyle was even able to give us a better price and warranty than a competing vendor. Installation technicians were respectful, friendly and very professional. Kyle and customer service personnel have all called to make sure everything was working properly and to make certain they had met our expectations. Fantastic, prompt customer service.

Jordan was on time and even called 20 minutes before arriving. He listened to my problems and quickly diagnosed what was wrong which helped to save me money and get my ac back to working in about 30 minutes. Very professional and helpful!

Kyle was very knowledgeable and helpful. His presentation was excellent. I had gotten 5 different quotes for a new a/c system. Griffin had the best for a quality, new technology system, Amana. I got a two speed, 16 seer system in both the air handler and the unit with a lifetime warranty on the compressor.
Then my installation was done by Mike and David. They were friendly and professional. They took their time to make sure everything was done properly and I received a superior looking product. I love the new stand for the air handler. I can now clean under the unit. They were very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining how things work.
It s been several days now with my system and the first thing I noticed is the lack of noise when the unit comes on. Wow! The only way to know it s running is to stand under a vent. The old Carrier sounded like a truck. And the thermostat is accurate! My old Carrier wasn t.
I also got a REME Halo. The air is clean feeling and fresh. Thanks Griffin Service!

Griffin Service installed a new Blue light in our system in my home. Anthony did a great job. They are very competitively priced and were on time, professional, clean about their work and showed a great deal of care about their workmanship. Jordan Bateman did an excellent job diagnosing, not one, but both our ac units. He was very professional and friendly, but yet very down to earth. I felt like he was genuinely invested in trying to provide the best quality of repair within as low of cost as he could. Although he provided me with all options, he seemed honest in what he thought would be most beneficial. I truly appreciated his honest down to earth (non pushy) demeanor, and all his hard work and time he invested trying to make sure he found the ac problems to come up with the best solution for our budget and situation. Please note that this review is limited exclusively to the scheduling process with Griffin Service. I cannot attest to the actual quality of potential services performed. However, the poor rating is attributed to the fact that the company called less than an hour before the scheduled appointment to reschedule. This was disappointing and frustrating since I had to rearrange my schedule to be home for the service visit. Based on the positive reviews from other customers, I am disappointed that it did not work out.

David and Jordan were friendly, prompt, professional, courteous, and clean installers of the heat pump and duct work additions i requested. Shane did a thorough inspection of my home's requirements and my want to have growth possibilities when i expand an addtion and provided full explination of opprotunities of the replacement of my 20 y/o central heat pump system with four options that would be viable solutions. I am very pleased and highly recommend Griffin Service.

Unfortunately, I had to come back and revise my initial rating and lower it to 2 stars. Billy and Barbara my comment still stands for you two. You two were quite helpful and I appreciate your professionalism. However, when I called back to report continued leaking of the AC through my ceiling after the repair visit/part replacment, the representative was not personable and quick to tell me that they resolved the issue and I would be charged more fees because they replaced the part ($37 part for $300+). In trying to share with her what happened as the initial repair had to be rechecked and revised by a second repair visit, and different service technician (who shared that the 1st tech missed a valuable check in his assessment), she "attempted" to cut me off as I was speaking. I let her know she could CANCEL any appointment for my location and to have great day. I will NOT utilize this company. As a business professional, I uphold and appreciate great customer service. This was unnecessary sub par customer service and support. I will add when someone has taken initiative to patronize your business and solicit your services, you can be assured they are not doing so to be ignored and dismissed when calling to report further evidence that the repair may be flawed or perhaps something in the repair initiative was overlooked. I bid you adieu as I empty the water reservoir...again. AC still leaking...

Griffin Service is a top notch company. Called just to get our home AC a check up before summer and was very pleased with the customer service and scheduling departments knowledge and helpfulness. I signed up for the yearly maintenance program they offer and was extremely happy with Scott , the tech that came to our home, and the time he took to fully check every part of our system from the inside out. I would highly recommend this local company to everyone.

Loved our experience with Griffin Service! We were in need of a new Air Conditioning unit. Griffin came out did a thorough evaluation of the entire unit, then presented us with a recommendation. They took their time in answering all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the decision. Once we decided to move forward , they were very quick to get us scheduled. On installation day they were on time (actually early) and did a great job installing our unit. We are very happy and would not hesitate in recommending Griffin Service.

I got a same day appointment to do some maintenance on our tankless water heater. I liked the text I got with a short bio on the technician and his photo. Kept me informed on arrival time. Great company - highly recommend.

What can I say about my AC guy Jordan Bateman with Griffin Service. He's a AC God! He was so amazing! He came out within a hour and had everything done in record breaking time. He explained everything to me and gave me opinions. He is a great guy and is so efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and let's you know what needs to be done. Our kitchen faucet started leaking Monday evening. We were able to get a plumber out the next day. Dustin quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the options thoroughly. I decided to have the faucet replaced, purchased one the same day, and the next day Dustin was able to return to install it. He came back with another tech, Austin, and they both installed the faucet perfectly in 30 minutes. They also removed all of the old material for disposal. Very happy for the quick, courteous, thorough, and professional service. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

I had Griffin Service come over last year to fix one of my units. They came to our house and helped us, and also sold us a plan to maintain the units yearly. They called me this year, promptly when they said they would call and came over. Joey came by and checked my entire HVAC system. He was super professional, and we loved how he took the time to sit down and explain everything that was done. I can tell he went above and beyond to make sure our units were well maintained and in good working conditions.

Called to question the recent installation of my American Standard A/C unit which was recently installed by Griffin A/C Systems. They sent someone within one hour of my call!! Excellent customer service!! Joe did a great job of testing the home temperature vs what my thermostat was reading. Everything checked out correctly. Thank you for such prompt service!

I needed a complete system replacement. Griffin returned my call immediately. They set a same day appointment to review my AC needs. The sales consultant, Roberto was professional and knowledgeable and took full measurements. I was interested in moving one of my units, and Roberto made arrangements for his operations manager to come out later in the week to review my project.
They came back as scheduled, and we discussed all options. They carry Amana, Lenox and Trane. After reviewing the room measurements, they recommended I drop my 5-ton system down to a 4-ton system. I have a three zone system, and they gave me options for replacing my zone board and dampers. In the end, I decided on a Trane 2-stage 17 seer system. System plus damper and zone board replacement along with three programmable wifi thermostats cost $8800. Roberto worked diligently to find me the system and price that met my needs.
Installation went exactly a planned, although it took a day and a half. I was in touch with Roberto the entire time. The technicians took great pride in their work. Griffins offers a full one year satisfaction guarantee, so I feel very confident in the purchase.
Overall I would strongly recommend Griffins to anyone requiring AC work. Great people and great company.

UPDATE: I needed another system replaced. Called Roberto, and he came right out. This time I went with an Amana system, however, I needed to so an extensive movement of the system to make way for a room expansion. Again, fantastic experience with Roberto, and we worked out a great price: $5700 for the 3.5 ton 16 seer 2-stage, along with relocation. I believe I hit the sweet spot for spring timing.
Michael is a fantastic technician. He provided custom vent box solutions for a very tricky air handler movement. He took great care to meet my needs, worked until the job was done, and has an amazing easy-going attitude. The other techs were also great. Thanks Griffin!

Showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Griffin is my go to AC service in Jax!

I gave Griffin Services a call at 5pm, it was 92 degrees in my house when I got home from work . Joe came out to make the repairs. He went through the steps to figure out what the issue was. Once he figured out the issue he made the repairs. I am very thankful he took the time and looked at it, other then just saying i need a new unit. I'm not sure what time he made it to my house but I do remember that is was 10 pm when he left. I have a family of 4 kids, one is a baby. Thank you Joe for looking at my a/c unit,making the repairs, and getting it back up and running. Most of all thank you for being Professional
and not just saying I need a new unit !!!

We contacted Griffin services after our air conditioner died a couple weeks after moving in and our warranty refused the claim. We weren't planning on replacing the system yet so price was a factor. That being said we also wanted a new system that would be an investment into our home and not something we just settled for.

Griffen Services handled both. Not only were taking they cheaper than the other companies we had come give us estimates, we got a great system that we feel will improve our home for the life of the system.

Also worth mentioning, they were amazingly thorough in their quote--measuring all our rooms, checking duct work, and all our vents. In the end we were presented with two great options both at a good price and calculated to ensure the system we installed would be able to handle the size of our home.

In addition we were given a temporary machine to help keep us cool until they were able to install the new system.

The two installers were great as well and me with some great tips on how I can keep my machine running efficiently. It was a great experience all around and I couldn't be happier with Griffin Services.

Griffin Service provided exceptional service, in quality of work, timeliness, and the human aspect too. The technician had a great attitude and was able to complete the work efficiently and with great results for both times I used Griffin. I highly recommend them as a trusted contractor.

Once again this is why you dont need Griffin. Called to get a ballpark estimate on replacing a shower faucet for a newly remodeled bathroom. They insisted someone needed to come look and quote me. Knowing there is a min $60 fee but it would be taken off if they did the work. Well in 5 minutes the gentlemen told me what I already knew and quoted $664 to replace a $35 dollar part and 30 maybe 45 minutes of labor. I said no way but payed the $60. Called office and talked to Barbara about pricing and paying for literally nothing . She basically said too bad have a nice day. I'm replacing my AC soon and would have inquired with them about that job but after being ripped off today no thanks.

We have a townhouse on Anastasia Is. and Griffin Service has taken excellent care of our rental. We have a contract to service our AC but they also do our plumbing needs. We are out of state owners and they make this one less thing to worry about. Wish we had someone like them where we live in Texas.

HOA told us the HVAC needed to be replaced. Joe from Griffin told us it was in good shape for at least a couple more years. He also suggested he not perform a full service until after the roof replacement was complete so they can inspect how the unit was moved during the roof replacement. He didn t even charge me for the visit. THAT IS HONESTY! I m a lifetime customer after just one visit.

Ask for Scott!! I worked with Scott and he was amazing. My A/C vent leaked through my ceiling and despite me getting multiple other companies, only Griffin and Scott were able to adequately identify and fix the issue. Scott went above and beyond and would consistently check on the work!

My repairman was Joe. Very friendly. Pointed out what was wrong in 2 minutes and was able to fix the problem in 20 minutes. Walked us through what he was doing and how to prevent future issues. He was great with our dog and kids, very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Griffin Service saved our tankless water heater! Our tankless water heater stopped working which means NO hot water for the entire house. We had house guest arriving that evening and they went out of their way to make sure hot water was restored the same day! Griffin Services is my go to plumbing company.

Griffin is reliable, professional, and patient. They take their time to discuss options and show you their findings of their inspections. I feel confident not only in their ability maintaining my ac unit but trust they would only recommend services needed. I highly recommend them.

From my first call to Griffin they were 100% customer service oriented. We called for a second opinion because another contractor said we needed to replace our unit due to a coolant leak. 1st contractor said that he couldn't say for sure WHERE the leak was, but since our unit was 10+ years old it wasn't worth spending any more money to look because we could spend money on coolant that could be going toward the new unit. The logic was sound, but I wanted a second opinion to be sure.

We paid Griffin to come out and give us that 2nd opinion. They went the extra mile (without asking) to use a sensor to confirm that the leak was in a location that made repairing the current unit cost prohibitive (in the core). While the first contractor was right, either he didn't want to go that one step further - or they didn't have the tool that Griffin had to test for the presence of coolant in the air. The 1st contractor wasn't bad, but I felt that Griffin has earned the business after confirming 100% the other contractors "hunch".

Once we signed with them, we got text updates on WHO was coming (with photos so we could recognize them) and when they would be there. Even a link to see how close they were. We were put on the schedule, and the techs were at our house exactly when they said they would be. They did the work, they put drop cloths everywhere, and they completed the job within about 15 minutes of the estimated completion time.

I have no problem giving these guys a 100% recommendation. They were 100% professional from the word go.

Joe was here to do maintenance and look into air leak. He did a great job cleaning, inspecting and explaining our issues. He then went over our options to fix and they will be back to fix the duct work. I enrolled in Club Griffin and look forward to working with them in the future.

Kyle was great. Really honest guy and made me feel comfortable. His ability to help me understand complex concepts in simple terms was exceptional. If you are interested in one of the services Griffin provides, you should call them first.

Joe and Dave were really quick in helping install a unit for my dad. I let them do their thing and we had our AC in half the time other companies told us it'll take. When my mom showed up, things were akward and confusing but Joe and Dave were very professional. My mom is from another country and when doesn't understand things, she can become quite hostile. Again Joe and Dave were very professional her presence. I'd also like to mention Shane, than wonderful man who did our estimate. He was kind and patient and took his time to help us understand what we were getting and all of our options. I will only do business with this company.

Griffin did an outstanding job of replacing my sorry C----r unit that was only seven years old. My new American Standard (Trane) was installed by a two man team exactly when they promised. I called this company on a Sunday evening and the owner answered and said he would take care of our problem the following day. Our air conditioner was full of water and completely clogged. We had just purchased the home and Roberto was very knowledgeable and helpful especially when we explained the health issues for the kids. He recommended the best type of filter and what was needed to correct the issues with the unit. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Attracting customers is the easy part. Keeping them is the hard part. After originally posting a positive review, I am revising it due to over a year of follow up services that weren't so positive. Everything from not showing up for appointments to not being able to provide replacement filters for an electrostatic system they sold me, I've given up on these guys.

I recently had my whole HVAC system replaced along with installing a new water heater. These guys did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone asking. You won't go wrong with Wade and his crew.

Griffin is the most responsible and responsive company I have ever dealt with for any type of service. They always confirm their appointments and let you know when a technician is on the way. They even call to follow up and make sure you are satisfied with your service. Joe was great taking care of our service. Dave is the best installation genius I have ever seen. Dave has a great attention to detail, aims to please the customer, and does spectacular work. Our American Standard new installation was flawless! We love it and we love Griffin

A/C went down at 9:30 am. Called Griffin for the first time based on their reviews. Needed a new blower motor and by 1:30 pm. The system was up and cooling. Thank you Joe.

We arranged for Griffin Services to install the underline gas line to our new whole house generator. Everything from scheduling the estimate to completing the project exceeded our expectations.
