There were cheaper prices out there but we're ones who read people's reviews and Griffin Services had great ones. We definitely didn't want to go with some Joe Schmo who could be out of business next month and ultimately leave us with no warranty.
Shane was the rep. who was very thorough in measuring the house so we got the proper size unit for our home. He explained the different options available to us with no pressure to over sell. This was one of the main reasons we chose to go with Griffin Services. Some of the others who we had give us quotes were like car salesmen who just rubbed us the wrong way.
Dave was our installation technician who took the time to explain things as he was doing the job. Everything went in smoothly & works like a charm.
We couldn't be happier with our new AC & have zero complaints on the install.
