My A/C unit broke down about a week ago, that lead to a challenging, frustrating and confusing process. All I was looking for was honesty, reasonable price, and good warranty. After getting quotes from a half dozen companies, I was just about to give up and choose any company. I made an appointment with Griffin Home Service and this turned out to be the best decision. I met with Shane who provided information on differences between old and new A/C technology. I was so impressed with his knowledge but even more with his honesty and down to earth person. They had exactly what I was looking for, Honesty, reasonable price, and warranty. They even came by on a SUNDAY! To provide us with a portable a/c unit to use until the new units were installed. With the 90+ heat, I was so impressed. Mike and Jordan are true professionals, customer oriented and honest. It was just amazing. They turned a frustrating process into one of the best decisions I ve ever made! I would without a doubt recommend Griffin Home Service to anyone who is considering changing their a/c unit.
