We ve had other service companies do work on our A/C over the years and while they were less expensive than Griffin they were no where near as polite, respectful, professional, or punctual as Scott was today. I gladly paid a slightly higher amount and will do so in the future to have Scott come out again and do any work we may need in the future not only on our A/C, but plumbing, electrical, water heater, or any of the other services they provide. Scott was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. He even cleaned out my dryer vent that my husband has had on his honey do list!!! Thank you Griffin Service for having such a great guy on your team and for honoring veterans with the stickers on your truck. Much appreciated.
