I called Griffin last week to get some information about duct/vent cleaning.

Shane Olsen came the next day early in the morning. I was very impressed with his professional, intelligence and really good communication about duct cleaning/vent cleaning, how my a/c works, and other information about my air conditioner which I never knew before.

He is the most professional air conditioning person I have spoken to and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing assistance with their air conditioner.

Joe came a few days later to clean the vents/ducts. He worked very hard and was very courteous.
