The last company we hired to come out failed to tell us the condition, show us the condition, and was in and out and on his way. Joe was thorough with the cleaning, inspection, and report. Joe spent an hour going through the air conditioner and assessing the maintenance needed, and then spent additional time to show and explain what he did and what he recommends for future visits.
