I had Griffin install a new A/C unit and new duct work in November of 2017.
The techs were professional, polite, and diligent.

Recently, our system was not cooling properly.
Griffin squeezed in a late afternoon appt and sent tech, Scott out to troubleshoot.
Hats off to Scott, as he arrived at 4:15ish and thoroughly fine tuned my A/C until 8:00 PM!
More importantly, his explanation of the maintenance he performed and the optimal parameters of the equipment was exactly what my curious mind needed to take comfort that our issue was finally resolved.

Chris and his office team were very responsive as well.
