In the middle of summer our AC stopped working. We put in a call to Griffin Service and they were able to come out right away and check things out. It was hotter than heck as we were waiting for the bad news. We were sure it was going to have to be replaced, but how much money would that be?! We got the answer quickly... under $200, yay!! Even though our AC was old, Griffin was able to replace a blown capacitor and give it years of life! What a relief. Five stars EASY

Griffin was able to help with a simple gas line install in less than 24 hours. Jake was great and I would highly recommend their services. Not the cheapest but was able to get the job done where another company dropped the ball (gas dryer install)

I have been in the customer service industry for almost 30 years and let me say that this company understands what those words truly mean. Easy to book appointment? Check. On time? Check. Friendly/easy service? Check! No one wants to every have to buy a new AC but Griffin makes it EASY and so much more affordable than I could have imagine, only $78 a month payments which easily fit into my budget. Griffin advertises legendary service and they DO NOT disappoint. My consultants name was Kyle and if you ever need anything I highly, highly recommend asking for any of his services. He is like the son I never had and I truly appreciate all the time and effort he put in to understanding my concerns/needs.

Over priced, bordering on the absurd.

Griffin replaced a broken garbage disposal in my house the other week. They were prompt and efficient. The repair person was at my house for less than an hour and replaced a 1/2 HP garbage disposal. The bill was $562. I found the same garbage disposal at lowes and home depot for less than $120. I called to complain and they refunded their trip charge of $69. It ended up costing me $493 for their tech to spend 45 minutes at my house installing a ~$120 garbage disposal. This was the last time we will use Griffin Services.

Great company and awesome service. Joe performed our inspection when our heat was acting up, and he told us exactly what we needed to know. He was friendly, courteous, and informative. I'll definitely be reaching back out to Griffin for any of our HVAC needs!

We knew that we would be replacing our A/C this spring. We got a recommendation from a family member who had a great experience. Kyle came out the same day I called. He was thorough, friendly and professional. He took time to walk me through the options and process. We were currently having an issue with one of our units, so Kyle called and got a technician out the next morning so we would be ok until the replacement. Joe came out and got us back up and cooling. Our ac went out on the hottest day ever and Jordan came out promptly and fixed the problem he was amazingly knowledgeable and wish I could give him and griffin 1000 stars I will refer to them anytime!

I highly reccomend Griffin Service to anyone who needs AC work done. They came to our house serviced our units, thoroughly cleaned each unit and checked for mold as well. The best part was the price! Most AC companies charge an arm and a leg but for less than $100 they spent a few hours cleaning and inspecting each unit. If you are looking to have your AC fixed or just serviced I would start with Griffin Service.

Griffin Services installed a gas tankless water heater. Very professional, knowledgeable and cleaned the work area when done. All documents were given to me and operating instructions explained. A pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them to get the job done correctly, efficiently and timely.

We had gone away for the weekend and came back home and AC was not working. Called Griffin after hours. Someone took my information and I received a call back from Joe who told me that he would be on his way as soon as he finished a job. He came over at 8:30 pm. Figured out what the problem was but wasn't able to get it resolved that night - even though he stayed until 11:30 pm! He was back in the morning before 8:15 am and had our AC up and running by 10:30 am. Joe told me that he made our call a priority since we have two children under the age of 3. I appreciated Joe's promptness, responsiveness and more importantly - his work ethic. When Joe said he was going to call - he called. When he said he was going to show up - he showed up. I would recommend Joe and Griffin AC Service without any hesitation.

We have 2 units in my home and the upstairs unit was not getting it done - we had 5 companies visit with us and while Griffin wasn't the cheapest, they were by far the most thorough and offered the most amazing guarantee on their product and the labor....UPDATE this work was performed June 2018 and we be happier, our utility bill has decreased dramatically and our home is more comfortable than ever. We recommend Griffin Service to everyone we know.

I had a bad experience, this company charged me almost $94.00 to review my HVAC system and they didn t changed the filter(included in my package), instead of they left without any filter. The technician told me that my starter needed to be changed and charged almost $240.00 and I didn t see the old part, so I don t know if this service was done.

I asked for the invoice, this process took 3 days after several calls. Into the invoice they didn t describe the amount for the parts and for labor/visit, so for accounting standpoint I don t know the amount i need to apply for parts (if they changed) or visit.

I do not recommend their services.

I m very disappointed.

The staff and service at Griffin are top notch. We had our AC from another company die after a hurricane and we needed a complete new system. Griffin was on the spot just after the storm which was amazing. Scott figured out our problem right away. Ben was very responsive and helpful with the sale of our new system and our install process was incredibly smooth. After the install service calls were perfect as well. We had a damper problem left over from the old system that had always been there (the old company could not figure this out). Scott and Joe came out, found the problem and had it fixed in no time. After experiencing this company and their staff for myself I can say for certain that the high ratings you see on Google don't lie. Griffin is the best!

From consult with Roberto to job completion with Billy, Griffin Services was honest and professional. I was quickly able to schedule my duct cleaning, and Billy arrived promptly and kept me informed throughout the service. Billy went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed thoroughly and that I was pleased. Highly recommend!

We recently were having some issues and our AC wasn't keeping up, as well as needed some plumbing estimates to get a water softener bypassed. I contacted Kris with Griffin Service and was able to get an appointment for the next day. She was very friendly and accommodating! She made sure that all of my bases were covered as far as my needs. Automated messages were set up to confirm my appointment as well as sending me updates of who is on their way to my location as well as a photo of them.

The next day Jake (a plumber) and Anthony (an HVAC tech) both arrived at separate scheduled times. Both were very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything in detail. I received three detailed options/estimates on the plumbing work needed. I don't know about you, but I LOVE options! We ended up having a refrigerant leak and a new AC system was recommended. Griffin Service was able to get me on the line with a lender to get approved for financing for a new system. It was really quick and affordable. We opted to add a water heater as well since ours was rusting pretty badly and could be added to our financing.

Since it was a whole system swap, they were not able to do the work same day, which is to be expected. They scheduled to come out two business days later (which was fine since our system was weak, but it was still working).

Michael, David, and Jake all arrived when expected and got right to work! Very polite and informative, as well as understanding of my 5 year old hopping in their way from time to time. Our hot water and our AC is AMAZING now!! It's a bonus that it is all much more energy efficient so it's basically paying for itself! Very satisfied with Griffin Service from beginning to end and HIGHLY recommend them for any HVAC/Plumbing needs!

Scott was great! He made sure we were given a portable unit while waiting for the installation which helped alot. Installation Crew was careful and thorough. Overall good work.

We had appointment for maintenance and told us our options to correct the problem.. Gave us the cheapest to the best quality. Before each service came out Griffin sent out a profile of each Service representive that would be doing our services.

We ended up getting best quality including air purification because i have Mold and really bad allergies.. We replaced the whole unit because our system was 9 years old.

But very excellent care and on top of their services. I would recommend to others.

The only thing was unsure about was why i wasnt able to getting financially loan through their company when a week later i was able to get a loan for over $9000.00 with excellent credit.

So we ended up paying upfront for services.. after thinking about the plan.. i wish they would offer a maintenance plan for at least one year but otherwise it was excellent services..

Scott accommodated my time schedule and was extremely polite helpful and did not try to oversell me for things that I did not need.

First time using Griffin Service and they were beyond professional and good. The company is well organized and has great communication with their customers, including follow up to make sure I was happy with the work. Jose came out and did a great job on multiple projects around my house, a few were not routine style projects and he still was able to get them done. Highly recommend Jose and Griffin Service. I m in real estate and have experience with multiple plumbing companies and this is my new recommendation for everyone that asks.

Our A/C stopped cooling and Joe with Griffin came out shortly after we contacted Griffin Service. He was very professional and courteous.

Called for an estimate on a gas fire pit install. They had to reschedule due to an emergency. The office called 3 times to apologize. Dustin came out gave me a quote with no bs. Called the gas company and arranged for them to come out and do their work prior to his arrival. Dustin didn t cut any corners and made sure I was completely happy before he left. Stand up guy and impressive company all around.

Called and spoke to Barbara last Thursday night and was able to Schedule for Saturday afternoon. Toilet that was going to be installed is not available and Richard the plummer called me and told me that they will install a better quality and grade toilet instead. Richard
came and installed the toilet made sure its secure. I feel better now that my parents will not sit on the toilet and will move away from them and loose their balance and fall and get hurt. Thank you to Barbara and Richard for the prompt service.

The whole experience was great. The knowledgeable sales rep, Roberto helped us select the most efficient unit for our needs. A 16 seer Amana. The price was good and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend calling Griffin for your heating and air needs.

We had an Amana installed and haven t had it long enough to really comment on it s dependability but seems to cool the house well and runs way less than the old unit.

Biggest deciding factor was the lifetime warranty on the Amana.

I wanted to thank you for my technician today, Billy H. It was an enjoyable visit today with Billy. Not only did he do maintenance on my AC system he was a pleasure to talk to and have in my home. He explained about the ultraviolet light system I have and where the on/off switch is in case I were to need it. My AC system was pretty dirty by the looks of the special filter...it had been since March when I put it in. Once he cleaned the unit, drain and installed a new filter, it is back to sending cold air throughout the house!! I had to even turn up the thermostat it got so cold haha. I hope I can have Billy H each time for service. If you need a professional company that also explains how things work and is happy to be there, call Griffin you definitely will be glad you did!! With every summer usually brings problems with the A.C. Unit. I haven t had great experiences with other HVAC companies in the past so I was a little hesitant when I stumbled on Griffins Service. I called over the weekend they sent Joe the A.C. Technician the next day. Within about an hour Joe had my unit up and running and blowing cool air. Now when the kids need to beat the heat, they can enjoy the nice cool A.C. thanks to Joe and Griffins Service.

Had an issue with our main unit thermostat shutting down, so I called in the issue. Valerie got me on the schedule for later in the day, and Scott called and showed up pretty quick! Very friendly professional guy, which I ve come to expect from Griffin techs. I was seemingly able to resolve the issue myself beforehand, but Scott still did an all over ops check on the system as the expert just to be doubly sure, and we re good! Still happy with Griffin a year later and definitely don t plan on going with anyone else.

I ve had the opportunity to use Griffin 3 times now. Once for a new home service to check and service the existing units and another time to assess my ducts and see about making two units into one. Service and communication was top notch both times (which is absolute key and of utmost importance to customers). I knew when the guys would be here, what to expect and got everything I needed and all questions answered. House was thoroughly checked from top to bottom so they knew what was what since houses are different from one to the next.

The third time was to explore a relocation of existing units. Starting with (Kyle?) when I called who s always friendly and helpful, and got me scheduled for a consult that day, to Ben who let me know precisely when he d arrive. Ben arrived and re-assessed the house, figured out where we were at and what we wanted, then kicked around different options. He answered all questions and gave us the time we needed to explore a possible $10K+ decision. We settled high on doing a complete relocation/new install.

A couple days later the guys arrived when I was told they would for a two day job and went right to work. They were always courteous, professional, worked hard, never stopping, and did things pretty meticulously step by step and how I wanted and would expect, and answered any questions I had here and there. In the meantime, Ben would stop by and other times just check in with me; any questions that came up were always answered instantaneously, and a couple minor changes I asked for happened without any problem. The guys wrapped up late on the 2nd day; things cleaned up and left no loose ends. Definitely happy with the job, all communication and questions that got answered thoroughly and resolved instantly from the first phone call to job completion, getting me what I needed when good options were slim, Griffins service overall...and I continue to feel confident I am and will be taken care of for years to come.

Anthony has been very helpful updating our current system to provide the best air quality and shares a wealth of information to get the best use from the system. Thanks!

Jose came to my house from Griffin . He was very nice and I felt he knew what he was doing. He explained every thing so it put my mind at ease. I would welcome him back anytime. I had my water heater cleaned and valves added for the cleaning. I felt the price was very fair

Griffith installed my air conditioning and heating system in March 2020 and we have been so pleased. They were professional they were on time and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and the price was right. I had five companies come out to my home to give me options to replace my air conditioning system. Kyle from Griffin Service was by far the most educated and honest one of the bunch. He gave me options that not only fit my budget but re-engineered my home from two systems to one. No other company could even offer this option, I know because I asked. Kyle not only understood duct work and air flow, he helped me understand it and that made my decision to reduce from 7.5 tons to 5 easy. My home is now cooling better than ever, the humidity levels are perfect and I am saving almost $50 a month on my bills. If you have a need for an AC this summer Kyle is your guy, give him and Griffin a call if you want the BEST!

Mike and Jim did a great job on the installation. Actually took about an hour less than the estimated time. New system is extremely quiet. Will have to wait to see what the effect on the electric bill will be.

Griffin provides exceptional service! I called in early one morning for a post-install service but did not leave a message because the ofc was not yet opened. Surprisingly, I received a call back that morning from Griffin ofc staff inquiring if I had a problem! NOW THAT s service!!!

I just moved to the area and my A/C went out after a couple of days. Since I didn t have a service agreement it was a challenge to find a company to come out same day but Griffin fit me in. They offered a solution that had my air up and running in less than 2 hours. Joe and his helper were professional and pleasant. This experience won my business. I now have a service agreement and will talk with their plumbing group about repairs/upgrades that are needed at my house.

Joe, the technician, was thorough and exceptionally competent. Found several settings within the system that weren't at optimal settings, and he adjusted accordingly. Great experience; I went ahead and bought a twice a year preventative maintenance agreement that was cheaper yet more thorough than the company I used when I lived in Mandarin.

Joe took the time to educate me on my HVAC system and gave me some great pointers. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I will be using Griffin for all my properties from here on out. Thanks!

I had a couple estimates scheduled with a few different companies. I had Griffin come out to do an inspection and tuneup on the unit as well as have an estimate done to replace an old unit. Joe (technician) and Roberto (sales rep) showed up timely together and walked me through the whole process. They explained thoroughly things that I did not understand and things that I did not know and were very patient with me with all my questions. Joe was very honest in advising work he thought should be done and should not be done. He was not going to provide any unnecessary services. By the end of the meeting and service call I knew these were the guys I was going to go with, it just depended on pricing. Roberto was prepared to give me many options and work within my budget. In the almost 2 hours that they were at my house I really felt I could trust them and that they were doing and recommending everything to my benefit and situation. While they were here I called and canceled the other company I had coming tomorrow to give me an estimate and scheduled my install with Griffin. Joe and Roberto were very knowledgeable and very friendly and I would highly recommend Griffin to anybody looking for AC repair or maintenance and I would highly recommend Joe the technician and Roberto the sales rep for any future needs. My new unit is to be installed this Friday and I will post another review on how the installation goes but so far everything has been perfect.

What a fantastic experience dealing with Wade, Darren, and Griffin Service! I had Wade come out a few months ago to provide estimates on several projects around the house. I had planned to wait a few months before starting, but decided to go ahead and buy the 5 yr service agreement due to the cost savings, and the support of military veterans that came with the deal. Just a few days later, I had a coil go out on one of my AC. It was a unit that was under recall, and Wade handled all the replacement paperwork for us. I decided to replace a unit that had been inoperative for 2 years at the same time, and Griffin gave us not only the best deal we could find on a new AC unit, but installed the warranty coil for no additional labor at the same time. Our Technician, Darren, was prompt and professional. He arrived at the agreed upon time, worked quickly and efficiently, and had everything required to do the job on hand. That was a welcome change from the last experience I had with another company, who left the premise 4 times to go get parts and supplies.

Not only great service, well trained and professional technicians, and extremely fair and competitive pricing on quality products, but friendly and community service minded as well. You can't go wrong with Griffin Service. Indeed, they provide service that is nothing short of legendary in my book
