Our heat went out suddenly late and I was able to call and get an appointment the very next morning. When the technician was on his way I received a phone call with an eta then shortly after a text from the company stating who the technician was with a short bio and a photo of who was showing up, I really appreciate this detail from their company! The technician Joe was very polite, Joe kept me informed the whole time he was working and as to what he was doing and what was needed. He even took time to answer questions about some additional products we were interested in and to discuss their membership plan with me as well, since our unit is almost 21 years old. Joe was the first technician that has not told me my unit will probably die on us soon because of the age, he just recommended keeping it serviced to keep it thriving at its old age. I will definitely continue to use Griffin Services and highly recommend them.
