I called Griffin Service today at 2pm. I spoke with a nice young lady and told me that Joe was the technician on call and he would call me soon. Within 3 minutes Joe called and said he was finishing up with a customer and would call when he was finished. He did what he said and showed up at my house within the hour. He was very polite when he showed up and explained his process before he started. He even wore shoe covers! After he found the problem, he took the time to explain what it was and how he would go about fixing it. It was an electrical issue and Joe fixed it on the spot. My A/C is now cooling my house again and my family couldn't be any more pleased. Thank you Griffin Service for the wonderful experience. You are my new go to. 10 Stars
