The staff and service at Griffin are top notch. We had our AC from another company die after a hurricane and we needed a complete new system. Griffin was on the spot just after the storm which was amazing. Scott figured out our problem right away. Ben was very responsive and helpful with the sale of our new system and our install process was incredibly smooth. After the install service calls were perfect as well. We had a damper problem left over from the old system that had always been there (the old company could not figure this out). Scott and Joe came out, found the problem and had it fixed in no time. After experiencing this company and their staff for myself I can say for certain that the high ratings you see on Google don't lie. Griffin is the best!
