I had a bad experience, this company charged me almost $94.00 to review my HVAC system and they didn t changed the filter(included in my package), instead of they left without any filter. The technician told me that my starter needed to be changed and charged almost $240.00 and I didn t see the old part, so I don t know if this service was done.

I asked for the invoice, this process took 3 days after several calls. Into the invoice they didn t describe the amount for the parts and for labor/visit, so for accounting standpoint I don t know the amount i need to apply for parts (if they changed) or visit.

I do not recommend their services.

I m very disappointed.
