I just moved to the area and my A/C went out after a couple of days. Since I didn t have a service agreement it was a challenge to find a company to come out same day but Griffin fit me in. They offered a solution that had my air up and running in less than 2 hours. Joe and his helper were professional and pleasant. This experience won my business. I now have a service agreement and will talk with their plumbing group about repairs/upgrades that are needed at my house.
