I wanted to thank you for my technician today, Billy H. It was an enjoyable visit today with Billy. Not only did he do maintenance on my AC system he was a pleasure to talk to and have in my home. He explained about the ultraviolet light system I have and where the on/off switch is in case I were to need it. My AC system was pretty dirty by the looks of the special filter...it had been since March when I put it in. Once he cleaned the unit, drain and installed a new filter, it is back to sending cold air throughout the house!! I had to even turn up the thermostat it got so cold haha. I hope I can have Billy H each time for service. If you need a professional company that also explains how things work and is happy to be there, call Griffin you definitely will be glad you did!!
