I have been in the customer service industry for almost 30 years and let me say that this company understands what those words truly mean. Easy to book appointment? Check. On time? Check. Friendly/easy service? Check! No one wants to every have to buy a new AC but Griffin makes it EASY and so much more affordable than I could have imagine, only $78 a month payments which easily fit into my budget. Griffin advertises legendary service and they DO NOT disappoint. My consultants name was Kyle and if you ever need anything I highly, highly recommend asking for any of his services. He is like the son I never had and I truly appreciate all the time and effort he put in to understanding my concerns/needs.
