Had an issue with our main unit thermostat shutting down, so I called in the issue. Valerie got me on the schedule for later in the day, and Scott called and showed up pretty quick! Very friendly professional guy, which I ve come to expect from Griffin techs. I was seemingly able to resolve the issue myself beforehand, but Scott still did an all over ops check on the system as the expert just to be doubly sure, and we re good! Still happy with Griffin a year later and definitely don t plan on going with anyone else.

I ve had the opportunity to use Griffin 3 times now. Once for a new home service to check and service the existing units and another time to assess my ducts and see about making two units into one. Service and communication was top notch both times (which is absolute key and of utmost importance to customers). I knew when the guys would be here, what to expect and got everything I needed and all questions answered. House was thoroughly checked from top to bottom so they knew what was what since houses are different from one to the next.

The third time was to explore a relocation of existing units. Starting with (Kyle?) when I called who s always friendly and helpful, and got me scheduled for a consult that day, to Ben who let me know precisely when he d arrive. Ben arrived and re-assessed the house, figured out where we were at and what we wanted, then kicked around different options. He answered all questions and gave us the time we needed to explore a possible $10K+ decision. We settled high on doing a complete relocation/new install.

A couple days later the guys arrived when I was told they would for a two day job and went right to work. They were always courteous, professional, worked hard, never stopping, and did things pretty meticulously step by step and how I wanted and would expect, and answered any questions I had here and there. In the meantime, Ben would stop by and other times just check in with me; any questions that came up were always answered instantaneously, and a couple minor changes I asked for happened without any problem. The guys wrapped up late on the 2nd day; things cleaned up and left no loose ends. Definitely happy with the job, all communication and questions that got answered thoroughly and resolved instantly from the first phone call to job completion, getting me what I needed when good options were slim, Griffins service overall...and I continue to feel confident I am and will be taken care of for years to come.
