Griffin replaced a broken garbage disposal in my house the other week. They were prompt and efficient. The repair person was at my house for less than an hour and replaced a 1/2 HP garbage disposal. The bill was $562. I found the same garbage disposal at lowes and home depot for less than $120. I called to complain and they refunded their trip charge of $69. It ended up costing me $493 for their tech to spend 45 minutes at my house installing a ~$120 garbage disposal. This was the last time we will use Griffin Services.
