I had a couple estimates scheduled with a few different companies. I had Griffin come out to do an inspection and tuneup on the unit as well as have an estimate done to replace an old unit. Joe (technician) and Roberto (sales rep) showed up timely together and walked me through the whole process. They explained thoroughly things that I did not understand and things that I did not know and were very patient with me with all my questions. Joe was very honest in advising work he thought should be done and should not be done. He was not going to provide any unnecessary services. By the end of the meeting and service call I knew these were the guys I was going to go with, it just depended on pricing. Roberto was prepared to give me many options and work within my budget. In the almost 2 hours that they were at my house I really felt I could trust them and that they were doing and recommending everything to my benefit and situation. While they were here I called and canceled the other company I had coming tomorrow to give me an estimate and scheduled my install with Griffin. Joe and Roberto were very knowledgeable and very friendly and I would highly recommend Griffin to anybody looking for AC repair or maintenance and I would highly recommend Joe the technician and Roberto the sales rep for any future needs. My new unit is to be installed this Friday and I will post another review on how the installation goes but so far everything has been perfect.
