I called Griffin service to get some advice on a room in the house that was not cooling properly. Serviceman Scott showed up in a timely manner and assessed the problem. Scott was courteous, professional, and offered a solution and an estimate. I ve been dealing with Griffin service for several years now. They always seem to go above and beyond. I appreciate it guys!
