We had gone away for the weekend and came back home and AC was not working. Called Griffin after hours. Someone took my information and I received a call back from Joe who told me that he would be on his way as soon as he finished a job. He came over at 8:30 pm. Figured out what the problem was but wasn't able to get it resolved that night - even though he stayed until 11:30 pm! He was back in the morning before 8:15 am and had our AC up and running by 10:30 am. Joe told me that he made our call a priority since we have two children under the age of 3. I appreciated Joe's promptness, responsiveness and more importantly - his work ethic. When Joe said he was going to call - he called. When he said he was going to show up - he showed up.
