We had appointment for maintenance and told us our options to correct the problem.. Gave us the cheapest to the best quality. Before each service came out Griffin sent out a profile of each Service representive that would be doing our services.

We ended up getting best quality including air purification because i have Mold and really bad allergies.. We replaced the whole unit because our system was 9 years old.

But very excellent care and on top of their services. I would recommend to others.

The only thing was unsure about was why i wasnt able to getting financially loan through their company when a week later i was able to get a loan for over $9000.00 with excellent credit.

So we ended up paying upfront for services.. after thinking about the plan.. i wish they would offer a maintenance plan for at least one year but otherwise it was excellent services..
