We recently were having some issues and our AC wasn't keeping up, as well as needed some plumbing estimates to get a water softener bypassed. I contacted Kris with Griffin Service and was able to get an appointment for the next day. She was very friendly and accommodating! She made sure that all of my bases were covered as far as my needs. Automated messages were set up to confirm my appointment as well as sending me updates of who is on their way to my location as well as a photo of them.

The next day Jake (a plumber) and Anthony (an HVAC tech) both arrived at separate scheduled times. Both were very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything in detail. I received three detailed options/estimates on the plumbing work needed. I don't know about you, but I LOVE options! We ended up having a refrigerant leak and a new AC system was recommended. Griffin Service was able to get me on the line with a lender to get approved for financing for a new system. It was really quick and affordable. We opted to add a water heater as well since ours was rusting pretty badly and could be added to our financing.

Since it was a whole system swap, they were not able to do the work same day, which is to be expected. They scheduled to come out two business days later (which was fine since our system was weak, but it was still working).

Michael, David, and Jake all arrived when expected and got right to work! Very polite and informative, as well as understanding of my 5 year old hopping in their way from time to time. Our hot water and our AC is AMAZING now!! It's a bonus that it is all much more energy efficient so it's basically paying for itself! Very satisfied with Griffin Service from beginning to end and HIGHLY recommend them for any HVAC/Plumbing needs!
