I have to be honest I typically like the process of haggling on price and walking away to see how bad a dealership really needs to sell a vehicle. However, the car we purchased was already priced fairly with other comparable vehicles in the area so it was refreshing to drive the car, like the car, and then get in and out quickly. Robbie Cagle was a fantastic salesman (experience guide) and I'll buy again from him. He is fair, honest, and straightforward. Overall this was a great experience!!

They did provide a loaner car which I washed when I returned it only to get my dirty car back in return. The little things make a difference but this is often missed in customer service including at Fort Mill Ford.

I went here today because I got a nail in the tire of my GT350. The dealership didn t have any of the tires I needed in stock and when I asked how long it would take to get some ordered, I was told it would be at least a couple of weeks and that I would be better off going somewhere else. A couple of weeks? I went home and ordered the tires I needed on Tire Rack and they ll be here in 2 days. Don t waste your time at this place as they really have no desire to help you. I m glad I didn t buy my GT350 at Ft Mill Ford, and now I can say I would never buy a car from that place. Worst customer service ever.

My car broke down on my commute home on a thursday evening. Donna answered the phone and let me know what to do with towing and keys, an angel in a stressful moment. Brandon G was amazing, not only did he assure me that I did not do anything to break it (even though I was late for my next oil change and tune up!!)but he also kept in touch with my husband and I and made sure a complete and thorough review of my car was done as well as getting it all fixed up really quick! I expected to be wthout my car at the least 2 weeks but it was only a week!! Thank you to all the mechanics for their work on my car! I love my "big green machine" ford flex!!

First and foremost the employees are nice people and professional. However they over promised and delivered nothing. Brought in car Saturday 2017 mustang w 12k miles. Loud pulsing noise in cabin that increases with speed. Sat evening was told its mostly likely tires and replacement is covered under warranty. Asked to keep car until Monday. Monday afternoon was told it is tire noise and bc I have over 12,000 miles I will have to pay 40% to replace tires and will call w pricing...I even was ok with this. 530pm was told they will not cover any of the issue and wanted me to pick up the car. Nothing fixed. Very disappointed. Don't appreciate the run around. Never over promise and un deliver. Just say we do not know until we thoroughly check...before you say its covered off the bat. This is a car under warranty. This is a clear quality control issue.

I bought a used car less than 2 months ago. I took the car for a test drive and could tell there was a slight delay starting. I asked about the delay and he ensured me it was because the car must have been sitting for a week and it was getting colder outside so I didn't think too much of it. I discussed the price I was looking for and they said their prices are set by their corporate office so I walked away. A week went by and I noticed online that it had already dropped below the price I had asked for and I had never received a call which you would think any good car salesman/woman would do if they knew they had an interested buyer. I went back a few days later with a loan pre-approval interested in buying the car. They wanted to run a separate loan request because they work with a ton of banks and came back with an offer for over 8% interest rate which was much higher than what I was pre-approved for and still had the audacity to encourage me to go with their lender with over 8% interest. Are you kidding me? I was trading a vehicle in and asked what sort of inspection they did on used cars before selling them because they hardly did anything to give me an estimate for my trade in. They ensured me they did a very thorough 100 some point inspection before putting any used cars for sale on their lot. The car I purchased was a 2010 with less than 60k miles with no recalls or bad reviews of the make and model so I figured I could trust an established Ford dealership to have the integrity to not put a car on their lot with issues. A warranty was over $1200 for 1 year, so I forewent the warranty trusting this wasn't like buying from craigslist or questionable used car dealership. While signing the paperwork I noticed the amount for the loan was several hundred higher than I anticipated so I looked at the break down and asked what the $550 closing fee was for. "Oh well the ladies in the back put all this paper work together and run your loan approval and they need to get paid somehow." Meanwhile on the website under every single used car posting it states "Price includes $550.44 closing fee and excludes tax, tags, etc..." $550 for paperwork that probably takes them 10 minutes and they claim to be included in their price online but not when it comes time to sign the paperwork. Less than a week with the car the hard starting was getting noticeably worse and when I would shut the car off you could smell some fuel. Fast forward 5 weeks into owning the car, it was taking almost 4-5 seconds of cranking the engine over to start and a few times didn't start. I drove the car to PA over Christmas and parked in a house garage. After 10 minutes of being parked the fuel smell was almost unbearable inside the garage. I decided to take the car to the Audi dealer to be on the safe side. In less than 5 minutes of looking under the hood, they could see a puddle of gas on top of the engine block underneath the supercharger and informed me it was an obvious gas leak that would have been found in any sort of inspection. The entire engine had the shiny appearance that a solvent had been on it which they explained would be from the gas leaking and covering everything. They also told me I was very lucky that the engine hadn't already caught on fire. My car has been in PA for over a week in the shop waiting to have the fuel rail replaced costing me $1900 less than 2 months after owning the car and as stated earlier, clearly should have been detected when they did their inspection at Fort Mill Ford. If you are looking for a car dealership with any form of integrity that stands by their vehicles, prices, so called thorough inspections, and your safety, Fort Mill Ford is probably the last place you should look. Zero quality assurance. Disgraceful and I will be contacting my attorney based on their form stating an inspection was done and no catastrophic damage was known. The dealership fixing my car told me there is no way this sort of leak wouldn't have been obvious during an overall engine inspection before selling the vehicle

Car dealerships i have dealt with in the past made me feel uneasy about car buying. The people at Fort Mill Ford worked hard for me to get a great deal and car that fits me perfectly. William Young was a wonderful help and answered all my questions. He explained everything to me so that i felt confident in my new car purchase. TJ Floyd was more than helpful at explaining all the paperwork and warranty questions I had. Todd Grubb has picked a great team. I could not be happier. I will be going to this dealership in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

Planning a cross country trip this year, we decided on a 2016 Ford Escape SE. I could give this place a negative five stars I would!!!! Fort Mill Ford sold me a trash car!!!! I bought a brand new 2014 Ford Focus that slammed on breaks when it downshifted to 1st gear! I have had the transmission, clutch, and tcm replaced and reprogrammed over 4 times! I hate that I spend my hard earned money monthly to pay for a car that isn't even worth a trade in!!!! I hate Ford and all that they stand for!!!!!! It's a shame the "Americas Car Company" is a scam and crook!!! Ford knowingly sells cars that can kill and injure people!!! This dealership has a rare department. A service department that cares and goes beyond customers' expectations. After 5 dealerships across the United States, these guys, took me seriously and found a rattle that plagued me from the beginning. Every other dealership either didn't believe or dismissed my concerns. Fort Mill Ford found my fuel tank improperly secured and was causing the rattle. This possibly averted a huge disaster of losing my fuel tank on the highway.

The service department will diagnosis and pinpoint the issue before the vehicle is put on a rack. The quality and expertise on hand is exceptional.

I am ecstatic to find a quality dealership!

After a month of searching for a vehicle (all makes), we walked away with a 2015 Ford Ecoboost Mustang. Not only was the decision based on value, engineering, and reliability, but our sales professional --- Billy Linville --- was superb. The staff, including David (manager) was also incredible.

We've been working with a lot of car sales people over the past month. When I first walked into Fort Mill Ford, I was approached by a sales rep whom I absolutely did not care for. He didn't seem educated on the cars and wasted a ton of my time (which I have very little). However, as in all sales, he was the first to approach, so naturally, others are hesitant to help for fear of intervening. For example, I stopped by one day after a long day at work to simply find out if the Mustang was offered in a specific interior color. Instead of a yes/no, he wasted my time by fumbling through an iPad and showing me various cars. I finally asked: Do you just have a brochure? He said no. I was so done ... or so I thought. Something in my gut said to not judge it all by one person.

I went back over the weekend and notified this rep. He said he'd be available, but he wasn't. Sensing my frustration, Billy approached me and stepped up to the plate to help. I'm an assertive woman, and I found some car sales professionals taken aback. I know what kind of car I want. BUT ... Billy was different, and probably because he admitted that he has four sisters!

As a woman, here is what I liked:

a.) He never condescended me. Some car sales people do, but he didn't.
b.) He LISTENS and is NOT emotional. He has got to be the most laid back professional I've met in a long time. I LIKED THIS. This was a HUGE purchasing decision for me, and he respected that.
c.) He is HONEST. Fort Mill Ford sales reps are salaried, so there is no haggling or commission incentives that turn sales reps into wolves. Billy gave me straight talk, meaning, he was HONEST giving me both sides of the coin --- even if it wasn't favorable. This sealed my confidence in my decision.
d.) He is a MECHANIC AND A SALES REP. Although in sales now, he was not always from the floor. He was a grease monkey prior to that. VERY EDUCATED on the pros/cons of the engineering of vehicles. SAFETY IS NUMBER ONE! RESALE VALUE? He'll give you the real scoop. My husband met me at the dealership after I originally got there, and he was impressed.

FINAL (and by no means least) reason:

e.) CONVENIENCE! Yes, the car I REALLY wanted was at their sister dealership. At 3:30pm on a Saturday, Billy drove all the way out to the Matthews area ... picked up the car ... and DROVE IT TO OUR HOME FOR A TEST DRIVE. We bought it on the spot. He made it even more convenient by completing all the paperwork in the comfort of our home, so when we picked up the car on Monday, all we did was sign the papers and leave (of course, after he took me through each component of the car). The best part: HE GOT US AN INCREDIBLE INTEREST RATE.

We are now looking for a car for my daughter and he is keeping us updated. Billy respects our time, never takes honest responses as "personal" and respects our price point and needs.

I'm so glad we purchased our car at Ft. Mill Ford. We had a Taurus before this one, and we had it serviced there for three years. Great service crew too!

Don't go unless you want to wait almost three hours for a oil change!!!!!!! I have taken my 2011 Ford Explorer for 5 years to another Ford Dealer and an oil change would take max 45 minutes. We recently moved to Fort Mill and came to this Dealer for convenience. But never again!!!!! If I drive to my old Dealer in Huntersville for an oil change and come back it still going to be way less than the time spent here. Terrible!!!!!

Let me preface by saying that I despised auto shopping and did not like dealerships, however I am now a changed woman. I drove over 100 miles to this dealership because they had the lowest prices and best selection. Salesman Billy Linville began by asking me what I wanted. I told him what I wanted and that I had already walked out of one dealership. He was AMAZING! When we were off a bit on what I wanted for my truck, he brought in his Manager Keith Starnes. Between both of them, they got the deal done just as I wanted and restored my faith in car salesman and dealerships. I recommend going to Fort Mill Ford and dealing with them on you auto purchases. I would also like to point out that the showroom is large and clean, they detailed my car at the time of purchase so there was no waiting and they even have a restaurant on the premises. Went here to buy my 2017 Hyundai Elantra a few weeks ago, The buying process was easy for my husband and I as we walked in the door with our own financing and we had already picked out the car I wanted. The sales rep literally had The easiest sale with us. The sales rep was nice however they state that this a "no haggle " dealership and that the price out the door was non negotiable. When the price did not add up to what my husband and I had calculated we asked for a breakdown. The sales rep went and got his manager right away. The sales manager came out with his mind already made up that if that is what his sales rep came up with for price out the door then that is what it is. When I asked to go through all costs and fees, my number was $200 lower than the number they swore was the correct cost. Please do your homework before you go here to buy so that you know ahead of time what you should be paying. This saved us $200 that the dealership would have put in their pocket! We live in NC and when asked about inspection, the sales rep stated that they get at least 40% of their business from NC since they are so close to the border and that even though NC requires an inspection, I would not have to have one since I am buying it from a dealership rather than pvt sale. Since he sounded do convincing we did not question this. After all paperwork was complete, he then came back and said that the car DOES need to be inspected in NC! This is ridiculous since they state they get at least 40% of sales yo NC you would thinkntgat they would know the correct information! They did offer for me to go to one of their sister dealerships in Charlotte for a free inspection. I bought the car on a Saturday so the following Monday I went to one of their sister dealerships for an inspection, and wouldn't you know, my car did not pass! The tint on the vehicle was way too dark and tinted in illegal areas like the windshield! When the tech made note of this he also noted that the oil change sticker from FT Mill Ford said to change oil at 57,000 miles....... The car only had 26,000 when bought 2 days prior! The window tint did not meet standards for SC tint law and should have been removed prior to sale from what the tech told me. Ft.mill Ford did agree to pay for the tint removal and the re tint, but I was with out my new car for about 2 weeks as the tint was harder to remove than anticipated. Finally, my tags came in and the manager in charge of this called to let me know. I asked for this to be mailed to me so that I did not have to waste gas/time/ wear and tear to come there yo pick this up. She reassured me it would go out in the mail. After a week of waiting, my temporary tags were expiring and I called yo check the status of where my tag was and to see if I could come get another temporary tag as the one I had expired on that day. The lady in charge of tags apologized and said that they had forgotten yo mail them out but that they could over night it to me. I said no, because my temp tag expires that day and I would need to come down and get the tags now anyways. When I arrived, they stated they did not have my tags. It took a few minutes and finally someone walked them down and apologized that I had to wait. In then went and spoke to the manager and let him know the sequence in events and how disappointed I was with allmif the events that went on. All he did was say " if i could offer you a free oil change or fill your gas tank up to make up for it I would, but I don't think that you would be satisfied with that". I told him no, that they have broken trust and I do not want them to touch my car again at this point but I just wanted him to know that they have a very dissatisfied customer. He just said thank you and walked away.
My husband currently has a Ford F150 and was planning on making his next purchase at this dealership, however with the way they handled my car, we will not be returning.

I have bought 6 Fords in the last 5 years and this is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Terrence and Chris really took care of me. Completely satisfied with this dealership and their staff! I drove 4 hours to buy a car from this dealership and they didn't disappoint. I would do it all over again.

I will never go back to this dealership again for any reason! I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership over the last 13 years and have had all maintenance and repair work exclusively done at this dealership. I have always known that I was paying more to have the work done at the dealership but always convinced myself that it was worth it. Recently the passenger side window in my Expedition stopped working and then refused to stay up. I attempted to contact their service department via phone for 3 days and left messages each time with no return call. This should have been the sign I needed to go elsewhere. I then setup a service appointment through their website. I dropped off the vehicle in the morning and later that day they contacted me to tell me that the window regulator needed to be replaced. They told me that it would cost $650.00 to have this done. In the past my response had always been if that s what needs to be done then go ahead . This time that number just seemed completely off. I looked up the part online and it was available on several online parts stores for between $75 and $90. The original Ford part was available for purchase for $139. So the labor charge was over $500? I told the commission based service advisor not to touch the vehicle other than to get it ready for me to come get it. I arrived 2 hours later only to find my vehicle not ready for pickup and a service advisor hounding me to get the work done there. He told me that they had already ordered the part and it would take him a few minutes to cancel that and remove it from my bill so that I could checkout. Over a half hour later they told me that the bill I owed them was $145!! I have since had the repair done to my vehicle (with the original Ford part) at Killians auto in Clover, SC and the total bill for parts and labor was $256. I could have it done more than twice for what Fort Mill Ford was charging. Get estimates before letting these guys touch your vehicle! I will never be back!

I had breakfast at the restraint at the dealership while the service was performed and was back on the road home in just over an hour from my arrival.

I cannot stress enough the great service I received from the service department and my service adviser Brian Lassig. He and the rest of the team are just great. I came in with a issue of a recall and strange noise coming from the steering assembly and axle. Brian listened to my questions and concerns and promptly kept me updated the entire time. He even went above and beyond to ensure I had a rental during the evening to next day while my car was being serviced. Pricing was fair, and customer service was outstanding. After dealing with the incompetence of the dealership my wife and I purchased our vehicles, we will now take our cars to Fort Mill Ford for all major service and repair. They get the job done right and with excellent customer service.

I have always took my Ford to fort mill Ford for service even though I bought it from Clinton. The service is just a lot better at fort mill Ford. I called last week to schedule my oil change as usual. I needed my appointment for Saturday. The earliest appointment they had was Saturday at 1:15. Ok so I took it. Well on Friday my husbands grandmother mother passed away from a long battle with cancer. So we had to make a trip out of town. My oil desperately needed to be changed. So I called fort mill Ford and talked with Frank I told him my situation and he was very caring and concerned. He got with Big Dave and they told me no problem if I could get my car there by 8am he would work me in. I got there at 7:50 they got me in at 8am and I was on the road by 8:30! Now that's great customer service. They went above and beyond to help us out. We will never forget that. Thank you Big Dave, Frank and all of the service team.

Horrible. Not only did they not fix my car but I had to have it towed! Threw over $1200 down the drain. Offered to buy an almost new car off their lot if they would deduct the wasted service money I spent off the price of the car. They wouldn't do it. When I spoke to their Service Manager he was so rude and shouldn't be in ANY position to deal with customers.
