Drove 2 1/2 hrs only to be told, we don t work prices, after I was told on the phone they d work with me when I got there. Left the lot and went to Hendricks Honda and got a brand new Accord for less then the used one Fort Mill had listed. Will NEVER ever go back or refer anyone!!
Frank had all the right answers and is still working to get my car fixed. Ford doesn't have the part nor do they know when it will be in, but Frank is doing his best to get it fixed.

The sales guys Chris and Tim and the finance manager Adam were fantastic! Best car buying experience I've ever had! Chris new his inventory and pulled the type truck and features I was looking for & price range (beat the market value) up to the door of the showroom on the first go! Adam in the meantime, explained to my wife and I what we were looking at as far as payments based on the info we gave him and quoted approximate numbers off the top of his head but when he ran the numbers officially... it was even better than I expected! And got us a great deal on an outstanding 10 year, 100K (added to the existing miles!) mile warranty! I was truly blown away! Tim walked me through process seamlessly and I was driving away in my 2017 F-150 Super Crew 4x4 in about two hours! BTW, that was 10:00 PM, they had no problem staying after hours to close the deal... maintained a positive attitude, were very personable, just great people to deal with! I almost forgot about Chelsea, the documents/cashier who was very sweet even though she didn't get out of there until after 10:00. Also, I noticed some issue with something stained on the paint in the sun the next day, took back and without hesitation the Chris was on it and taking care of us! Just outstanding customer service! Buying a Ford? GO NO WHERE ELSE BUT FORT MILL FORD!!!

I am from Wilmington and have purchased cars there from the same guy for the last 15 years, but I'm new to the area and wasn't familiar with anyone. After my initial car purchased with a private seller fell through, I found my 2017 Sentra at Fort Mill. I went in on a mission and Ron was the one opening the door for me when I got there. He was laid back, thorough, friendly and professional and didn't waste my time, which is an awesome thing at a car lot! Can't say enough and I'll be back to see Ron for the next one!

Fort Mill Ford has always been attentive to our service request needs. They have never disappointed. Would recommend them to anyone shopping for a new vehicle or service facility.
Service Advisors are curtious. But I do not think the Mechanics are very good. (Holding back) my real opinion. Had a total brake job done done less done a year ago. Only to find out I need another one today. Said this crazy and charged $58 for checking. I have an F150 and have paid just under $8,000 for repairs. My truck was leaking antifreeze and they said it was the water pump that needed replaced after I had taken in for over $800 for all fluids to be replacement. Was told now that some hose to the turbo needs replaced (done once under warranty) oh but the other side.
Picked my truck and two days later engine light on. Was not put back correctly.
Bottom line Do not take your car or truck there

Service team is awesome - sales team is a challenge. Just bought our second car from FM Ford within the past 2 years and as a part of my husband's truck purchase they included something for my Explorer. After the sale, never heard from the sales guy to schedule it. I went by the dealership to schedule it with him and then when I showed up for my appointment they didn't know anything about it. My husband filled out the sales survey as he felt appropriate based on our experience and the sales guy called him to ask him why he rated him low and told him it was $1,600 out of his pocket -- very unprofessional and inappropriate.
Charged for alignment when steering wheel was moved by them previously. Now blinker doesn t work right. Was asked to check collision sensor and it wasn t. Left 5 messages no return call. Left another for service manager no return. Customer service disgraceful. Searching for another dealership for service in the future.

I have several concerns about the quality of the 2015 Ford Edge.
- Issues include squeaking in undercarriage
- Failure of Edge cabin gaskets
I'm hoping the Ft Mill Ford Service Dept can identify and correct these issues on my next service visit.

Had a great buying experience at Fort Mill Ford. When you go in, ask for Chris Mills. He and the business manager, Chris Motrynczuk, helped me with a confusing (for me) situation between trade-ins, titles, rules and laws in SC since I just moved back, etc. Was also lowest price on the used vehicle I purchased within a 100 mile search.
My partner and I worked with Cory Edwards and though the vehicle we were looking for wasn t in stock anymore Cory did his best help assist us. He was very polite, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend him if your looking for a car.

I am pretty disappointed in this place. I have spoken with 2 different sales people over the last 2 days to line up an in home test drive. Both told me it was no problem and would get back to me shortly to set everything up. I still have not heard back from either of them. Since my business is not important to them, I will take it elsewhere.

Bought a used car for my wife here. The service was good before and after the sale. But as with most dealerships .the process was too slow. Had cash in hand and no trade just wanted to get in and out quickly. The whole process took too long. I guess the market has complained too much about high pressure sales.
Horrible experience. Undervalue the trade in of their own vehicle - then I can not even get a call from a sales professional when I called several times through service and sales!! I had only 7 Ford trucks my entire life and was the most loyal Ford customer. I even worked in the Ford Design Center in Dearborn Michigan. Through a neighbor I went to the Chrysler dealer in Winnsboro. Just received my new Dodge Ram last Friday..Amazing!! Got more money for the tradein, 12000 less for the price of the truck with many more options, it rides my smoother and quiter, 4 miles to the gallon better on gas (and not even broke in yet), way more power, handling, comfort....I am pleasantly shocked...To think of all the future sales Ford just lost from me over the next 30 years (at least 6-7 trucks) as well as word of mouth....Ouch..Not very smart business practice at all....
While the service was good, they neglected to put an oil change sticker with the next expected oil change due.

I had a very mixed experience. Initially I saw a vehicle online through CarGurus I was interested in so I requested more information. The next morning I received a call, text and email from a salesman. I asked a few questions about the vehicle and warranties. The associate seemed very irritated at my questions and was answering them in a very rude and condescending manner. I asked him why he was practically yelling at me and he said he wasn't. I replied that yes, you are being very aggressive and he stated he had lots of cars to clean and things to do before noon. He tried to convince me to drive up and see the car. I asked him if I did and I liked it, would they hold it till my husband could come back later that night as his name is on the trade. He said they would not, even though I would be driving from out of state. He continued to act rushed, pushy and irritated so I told him nevermind, I won't waste anymore of your time and ended the conversation.
That evening my husband and I decided to go ahead and drive to the dealership despite reservations about doing business with a dealer with such poor customer service. The vehicle was what we have been looking for, so we found a very polite and professional salesman, Adrian Ashley, who was the antithesis of the salesman I spoke with earlier. He was very helpful and happily answered any questions we had. He offered to let us put a
refundable hold on the vehicle and come back the next evening. We chose this option, and came back the next night and purchased the vehicle. Mr. Ashley was incredible the entire time, even though it put him staying late both nights due to us having to drive after work and not being able to get to the dealership early. Every other employee we dealt with during our transaction were professional and courteous. The four star rather than five is because of the initial experience with the salesman who replied to my online inquiry.
I got the tire rotation and oil change and was a very good price and only took 40 min. I would reccomend the place for sure.

I got a quote on a vehicle on 9/09/19 and I promised them to bring my wife and buy the car the next day morning. The next day I was told that the vehicle price went up by 6K and that there was a computer glitch and so they had incorrect price. My question is how come they didn't notice the "Computer Glitch" all these days and gave "on road" quote to all their customers and all of sudden figured out the glitch? Not happy with what they did. Please don't waste people's time.
Wasn't the greatest experience. New to the area and my first visit for a faulty door sensor that I was under the impression that my $2500. Deluxe Gold Warranty covered, but found out this was one of the exceptions. Although I purchased it from the Ford dealer in AZ, this agency told me I should have bought the Ford Policy. On top of that I picked the wrong day to come in as it was their Christmas Luncheon and everything shut down. I was there from 9:00 AM to after 3:00 PM . . . here's your $500.00 bill, Merry Christmas, please give us a good rating and come again.

Never again! This is the second time our truck was brought there for service. The 1st time they messed up on ordering a part which delayed the repair for 3 days. No courtesy car or even a I m sorry 10% discount.
Just last week the truck was in for a service light. 5hrs later and a 600.00 bill vehicle wasn t fixed and was given a wrong Diagnosis and was not even looked at properly. The service writer was rude and didn t even stand by the repair. After all my years of owning fords and working at a dealership for many years Fort Mill Ford has caused our family to move on to A new manufacture thank you Toyota for standing behind your product your service your dealership.
Scheduled my 02' F150 for transmission & coolant flush. Also had them replace all shocks. This was my first visit to Fort Mill Ford service department. Service advisors Mary & Big Dave were polite and professional. All was well until my ride home after all work was performed. I could hear a rattling noise every time the left front traveled over a bump or rough surface. Called Big Dave, he and the technician met me back at the service department. After a quick consult the technician looked over everything associated with replacing the shocks. After approximately 45 minutes, Big Dave told me that the technician said everything appears to be okay (Saturday at closing). So, I took the truck home and did a quick visual inspection of the left front area. I found the left front shock missing 1 of 2 lower mount nuts. Took truck back to dealership first thing Monday morning. This time the line technician looks over the work, in addition to the missing hardware he found a washer sitting on top of shock housing (I was told this was source of rattling). Its not likely that I will return to this dealership for future servicing needs.
Brandon the service writer and Harry the mechanic could not have been more helpful. We have a new motorhome ( which they don't sell ) on a Ford chassis. The brake warning lights came on then off. Instead of saying "we can't work on motorhomes" they repaired it while I waited. Great experience especially for a large truck center.

Bought my truck here last year, no problems with taking my money! Asked for a brake job, they told me I didn't need one and charged me 150.00 for 'diagnostic'. Oddly enough the report given to me from them said my brakes needed to be replaced soon. When offered by Brian L. to make things right with me I was told a manager would call me, two days later I called back and Brian told me they've been busy but someone will call. I asked that if days go by please call to let me know I wasn't forgotten. Haven't heard back from them since and it's been about two months. Would give zero stars for this experience! Too bad for them because I'm in need of some bodywork covered by insurance and I'm going to a different Ford dealership instead.
Wife gets off work at 530pm.. Fort Mill Ford is 2 hours away... They close at 8pm... Do the math.. That being said, from the first phone call till out the door, the service was amazing. Even when we ran into a few issues(I forgot to get the pre approved check from the bank...) They took the numbers, beat a credit unions interest rate, financed us, and sent us on our way! Justin H. and his team went above and beyond to work with us in order to get us taken care of. We arrived at 730pm, they close at 8pm, we didn't finish and drive off till almost 10pm! They were very helpful and not pushy at all! Very pleased with this kind of service from Fort Mill Ford.
Fort Mill Ford has been taking care of my vehicle for 9 years now. It currently has 211,000 miles on it and will likely last another 100,000 or so, thanks to the good care I receive. Big Dave, Frank and Brandon are top-notch service personnel. They are always responsive to my requests for diagnosis and service when there are any issues with my car. They only recommend what is needed to fix the issue. I have never had the sense that they try to pad the estimate by selling me any services that aren't justifiably needed. The mechanical service I receive is always superb. The mechanics are the behind-the-scenes heroes of the shop. Kudos to them as well. While costs for repairs on an older vehicle over the years have added up they pale in comparison to needing to purchase a new vehicle. Thanks for all your good work.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon in service. I had a door lock issue this past Friday on my way down to S.C. from Delaware. One of my passenger doors decided it did not want to close at all. Yes I was traveling with a bungy cord holding my door closed. Brandon got me in on Saturday with a full load on the mechanics that were on duty that day. He was not even sure he would be able to get me in but he tried anyway. They did not just fix my door. They fixed all four and a recall on my transmission. Never using this dealership again! My 2020 Explorer ST which cost 60K has been in the dealership for service for 6 weeks and my service rep never returns phone calls or e-mails. In the process of looking into filing a consumer complaint or contacting an attorney!!!
Went to parts and they had exactly what I needed...
DO NOT get a copy of a key made here! I had to sit for almost two hours for a simple job, I asked multiple people to check on the progress of the key, and they repetitively told me "almost done". But time passed and passed. This is a great place to buy a car, but not to get your key done.
This dealership went beyond normal service requirements for family. We were traveling through and they were able to diagnose and order the part and fix our F3 50 Dually diesel in less than 24 hours turnaround including oil change and wonderful service. Frank our service advisor and went out of his way to take care of our needs. The enterprise next-door also did a great job and great price for a loaner car for the day so our vacation did not go to waste. Highly recommend this dealership very professional and courteous.

Fort Mill was amazing! They didn't have the vehicle in stock that I wanted, so they found several and brought them to their store! Scott Benner knew the automobiles inside and out and gave the best tour of the products I've ever had! Eric did an amazing job with our paperwork and meeting our every need. Dwayne, the manager, also made sure our experience was the best ever. I love my new vehicle and the dealership!
