I stopped by Fort Mill Ford to take a look at their used car selection and was promptly greeted by Lou. He was very knowledgeable about the used vehicles on the lot, and was able to help me figure out what price range I needed to stay in to get the payment I wanted. I left without a vehicle that day, but continued conversations with Lou for the week that followed in regard to deals he had on the lot. He was able to find me a fabulous, used 2016 Escape Titanium for a great price, and worked a deal getting me the payments I wanted. From start to finish Lou was always available whether I was calling or texting him my many questions, and was always honest and friendly! There was never any pressure to purchase, and I feel like I made a friend! Lou has a great personality and sense of humor!! Thank you, Lou, for being an awesome salesman and for being someone I could trust with such a big purchase!

I can hardly describe how wonderful my recent car-buying experience was. Lou Angelici, Experience Guide at Fort Mill Ford, made finding the right car EXTREMELY easy! I had been looking online at dealerships all over the Carolinas. One day, I decided to go to Fort Mill Ford to just take a look at some Ford Edge vehicles in person. I didn't initially find a new vehicle, but as I was walking back to my car, Lou asked if I would be interested in a Used car. I wasn't looking at a used vehicle, but there was one that caught my eye and before we knew it, we were running down the highway in a test drive.

We came back, talked high-level numbers, and Lou was able to reserve the vehicle while I obtained a down-payment from the bank. At no point was I under any pressure to purchase and Lou even went to bat for me when working out the best financing option. It was such a pleasure doing business with Fort Mill Ford.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Fort Mill Ford and the experience as always was painless. No high handed pressure to make the purchase. Salesperson listened to what I desired to be included on the F150 and located exactly the truck that met my needs. Service Department is the best. Well worth the visit when looking for a vehicle.

Offered half of what Burn's Chevrolet gave me for my trade-in on a compareable vehicle. Simple decision, bought the Chevy and pick it up Tuesday. Manager was extremely disrespectful. The whole Sonic - fair price thing is fine, but they crush you on your trade to make up the difference. I'd avoid this place like the plague if you have a trade-in.

As a first time car buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. So before going I made sure to read into the vehicles as much as possible and read reviews about fort mill ford. Once arriving, we were helped by Bob through the car buying process. He was very straight forward and to the point. I appreciated it, but my girl friend was rubbed the wrong way for sure. She wanted to leave multiple times, just because of the information. I didn't have issues with it, but he was definitely applying pressure on us from the start. It being a Ford dealership, he wasn't very knowledgeable about the Jeep I was looking at. They brought out the 2018 I came for, and then showed me the 2019 version that was a few thousand more. We test drove that vehicle, and loved it. Just couldn't get the financing right, which was understandable. If you're coming to this dealership in hopes that they drop the price at all, then forget about it. They don't drop the price of the vehicles at all. Bob told us that if we left, then a family behind us was going to purchase the vehicle, which was true. It just felt like they were trying to force us into saying yes. We went to lunch and came back, and decided to test out the jeep that I originally came for. I loved it, and they were able to get me the financing I needed. The finance guy who talked to us was awesome. Got me a 2.9 interest rate for 66 months, which was what we were looking for. So after leaving the dealership and driving home, I realized they forgot to put the floor mats into the vehicle. The jeep was washed, but it wasn't done very well. Had multiple dirt spots on the vehicle still. They also left the key locking mechanism in the vehicle. Overall the buying process wasn't great, and if it wasn't for me loving the car, then I don't know if i would have bought from here. The facility was nice though, and the finance male I talked to saved the day for me.

We bought a used Traverse today from Lou Angelici at this dealership and couldn t have been more pleased with the service. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We have two small children which can be difficult to do things like buying a car with but Lou was accommodating and understanding. Job well done!

A good purchase experience overall. Our salesman was Ron Kirby and he gets 5 stars all day. Knowledgable, helpful, polite and kind. Our vehicle was a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It only came with one key. Ron connected us with an offsite locksmith that was able to make a second key, however, it was still $200.00 but less than a Jeep dealership. The 4 star rating comes from a noise in the front seat that was supposed to be repaired and wasn't. That one falls on the service dept. Good dealership overall. We are still waiting on registration so we will see how that goes. Might get that 5 star yet!

This is my 4th Ford I purchased here in FortMill Ford. I personally go to sales rep Billy Linville. He sold me all 4 vehicles. He is great and straight to the point. He resembles the brand and cares for his customers. Fortmill Ford is an awesome place with a warm customer experience. Billy compliments Fortmill ford. I have a lease ending this year and I will definitely purchase another ford there and see Billy. Thank you Fortmill Ford and Billy for being a consistent asset to the brand.

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Edge on 9/19/15, Adrian was our salesman and was extremely helpful but the service after the sale was less than okay. Since it was Saturday we took the vehicle home and brought it back Monday for the service and touch up, it took two days to service and was not touched up. Dave, one of the managers, drove it to the back to have it touched up, only two places were done and the paint doesn't match, Ford vehicle at a Ford dealership and they didn't have the correct color paint. They did not put the 30 day tag on it, did not give any paperwork, they left the electronic key holder on the window so our salesman had to bring everything out to us the next day. Four days after the sale is when everything was complete.

I was out of car for week, didn't know what I was going to do. I went to my bank had a talk with my loan officer, she sent me to the Ford place and ask for a lady by the name of "Pat Jefferson". This was the best sales person I have ever talked with, she wasn't pushy or trying to get me to buy something that I really didn't. If anyone ever need a car please see Mrs. Pat Jefferson. A friend of mine recommended I call Middleton at Fort Mill Ford, who he previously has worked with and I without a doubt want to recommend him to everyone else! He was informative, helpful and truly wanted to get us the best deal for our family ( he was even great with my loud 4 year old right beside us). We are so happy with our new Explorer and will use Fort Mill Ford for all our future car needs!

Excellent service. Had a small issue with the door lock on my '12 Focus. Driver's side front door wouldn't latch closed. Being a mechanic, I looked at it and did some research. Turned out there was a recall on my vehicle for this very problem. Unfortunately this happened on a Saturday evening around 6pm. So Monday morning I drove over, with no appointment and having to wrap my seat belt through the door handle to keep it from flying open (highly u safe, don't try it at home kids), and they got me taken care of with no hassle before 3pm. Even gave me a shuttle ride all the way to Pineville, NC. Will definitely be going back for any future issues.

My Salesmen was Paul Whurr. Better description of Paul would be a knowledgeable person to show you around the cars they have for sale. NO games. They didnt have the car I was looking for and he did not try to sale me something close instead he found the car I was looking for in Georgia and drove down there and brought back.

I walked in to look at a used vehicle toget to and from big new career and school but since I wasn't at my job long enough, I couldn't get approved for a used vehicle. Middleton saw what I was trying to accomplish right away and did everything he could to get me what I needed to get ready for my bright new future and managed to get me approved for a new Ford Focus for around the same monthly payments as the used vehicle I was looking at. Middleton made me feel right at home during the visit and I was and still am very grateful.

AWFUL!!! They intentionally scammed us. They told us they needed more $$ to "diagnose" the problem. I knew they were lying so I took the car to a local service company instead and they fixed it right away. I proved it to the service manager, Derrick, and we got in a big argument. He did not take ownership of his lies and intentional deception! He wouldn't refund my money. This is the second time I have been scammed by them. DO NOT GO TO FORT MILL FORD!

I first went to Stateline Dodge and said I want to test drive and get some numbers on a 2017 Ram. It was a complete joke once I started getting numbers from a salesman. They didn't break out anything or have answers to my questions. Just said there is fees in there but I don't know the fees. REALLY?? I finally said give me my keys now. I am out of here. They were not very willing but I was pissed! Went into Fort Mill Ford from there. It was a complete 180. Ben Whitlock and Keith (sales manager) were both great. Straight forward pricing, no hidden fees in the quotes, and both very laid back. They worked with me to get me a little more on my trade and all the rebates from Ford they could. I actually bought during this visit and I am very happy with my new F150.

So I had a great experience with Fort Mill Ford even though I didn't end up purchasing my vehicle there. Lou Angelici and Scott Benner were both great to me. They educated me on the various truck options and configurations. Ultimately I wanted a pretty specific truck that they did not have on the lot (F-250 with the gas 6.2 engine, whereas most are diesels). Scott even brought in a similar truck from another dealer just so I could drive the gas engine to give it a try, knowing that truck didn't have the trim level I wanted. If they had the truck on the lot I would have bought from them. We even tried to find similar ones from other dealers but weren't able to make it work. Ultimately I had to go to another dealer several hours away to find the very specific truck that I wanted and I purchased through that dealer as that was my only option to get the specific truck that I wanted. But I really appreciate the help from both Scott and Lou and won't hesitate to recommend them to others or to see them the next time I'm in the market for a truck. I'll also be getting my service done there too.

Brandon Gafgen couldn't have been more professional or pleasant when I arrived on Monday morning to drop off my F150 for an oil change. After greeting me warmly he took my key, inspected my truck, and found several items that needed addressing. He explained the options I had to get the work done that I could chose from. He was very good at clarifying the differences in each option. I was impressed by how clean the vehicle receiving area and the service advisors stations were. Brandon is a great asset for this dealership.

My purchase was on 12/31/19 and I had great experience with this dealership. Levi was awesome. My only complaint is that they didn t fill the tank up. The last 2 vehicles that I ve brought for my daughter and myself, from other dealerships, both had full tanks of gas when I purchased them. If you re going to spend $20k plus on a vehicle and pay $600 or so for dealership fees the least they could do is offer a full tank of gas. Overall a great experience and I wouldn t hesitate to buy from Fort Mill Ford again.

I would like to share my experience at FortMillford.
I bought a 2017 Toyota highlander LE plus on 12/27/19.

Eric (salesperson) was very friendly, knowledgeable about his job and the culture of Fort Mill Ford dealership. Furthermore, he helped me and my family to be comfortable while we were doing some paperwork regarding the purchase of the vehicle.
It was a pleasure buying a vehicle there.
Nonetheless, two days later after i purchased the vehicle I discovered that the front passenger floor matt and the 3rd row floor matts were missing while i was cleaning the car.
I called Eric ( Salesman) and told him about the missing floor matt.

UPDATE: Eric's manager ( Blake Boyd ) called me and left a message in my voicemail the same day I posted my original review regarding the missing floor matts. I can tell that they take their job very serious in Fort Mill Ford. (Helping people to find the vehicle that they are looking for as well as giving the costumers the best experience ever in regards of buying pre-own vehicle or new at Fort Mill Ford).

I am very excited about telling my friends and family about the experience at Fortmill Ford. I liked the fact that they were not obsessive about selling the car.

I just ordered new Floor matts from Weather Tech. According to Eric's manager, Fort Mill Ford will cover the cost of the floor matts.

I give five stars to Eric and the dealership for trying to make their costumers happy about the experience, so they will come back to buy more vehicles from Fort Mill Ford.

I Really recommend to take a look at the cars and prices at Ford Mill Ford. They have affordable prices and great vehicles to choose from.

Spending the better part of a week communicating with someone I eventually learned was in a call center left me on edge. Once I flew into town I was picked up in a courtesy vehicle by my experience guide Ben. After learning a little more about the process, it made a lot more sense and I slowly let my guard down. Being a car guy , I appreciated talking cars past, present and future with Ben and before I knew it, I was back on the road headed home in my new Ford. I have to say that it was as seamless and transparent as any vehicle purchase I ve ever experienced. Looking forward to returning once the new Ranger is out!

Ford's "Customer Service" has been the absolute worst of any company I have ever worked with. My brand new 2014 Focus has been at the dealership since last Tuesday with a faulty transmission. They refused to give me a loaner car, even though the issue is covered by my warranty and I am stuck out of state! I called the national customer service line and I was given a case number and was supposed to hear back on Wednesday morning. 10 calls and 4 days later, I have not heard a WORD back from anyone. Nothing. I bought this car new and from Ford because, based on reputation, I wouldn't have to worry about my car for the next few years, but it has caused me MORE stress than it's worth. I will never buy a Ford again -and will be selling this one as soon as I can.

Bought my "new" 2008 Lexus ES350 with less than 23k miles at Fort Mill Ford. I knew it was a good price when I saw it posted so I never had to haggle. Dave at corporate got me set up for an appointment to see and drive the car and Terrance guided me through the process. I was offered an extended warranty and protection packages but with no pressure. Much different than past experiences with large dealerships. Would highly recommend.
