This dealership has a rare department. A service department that cares and goes beyond customers' expectations. After 5 dealerships across the United States, these guys, took me seriously and found a rattle that plagued me from the beginning. Every other dealership either didn't believe or dismissed my concerns. Fort Mill Ford found my fuel tank improperly secured and was causing the rattle. This possibly averted a huge disaster of losing my fuel tank on the highway.
