Dr. Jebrini/Access Dental Review

My mom went to see Dr. Jebrini because an anchor on the partial plate he had made for her broke. He was not interested in getting it fixed, instead he told her that he bent it because it was cutting into her gum. When she disagreed with him, he threw her partial plate and told her to get out and find another dentist. What?!? He walked out of the room and left her laying in the chair. She is almost 81 years old and had to ask the assistant, who came in after this temper tantrum, to help her out of the chair. Is that how you treat your patients? Not only unprofessional, but rude and disrespectful.

If you need a dentist, choose any other one but this one! He made me an upper plate and it was all wrong. I couldn't close my mouth and when I told Dr Jebrini that they weren't right he laughed and told me he had some other dentures in the back if I wanted to try them. I appealed and won and now get to pick another dentist to make me a new upper denture. Go anyplace but don't go here!!

So far I am very pleased with this dental office! The staff- especially Waaade, are wonderful at making me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. I have always went to western dental and felt like I was always settling for less than good quality care for my teeth. I listened to a friends advice and came to Dr. Jebrini's office and I'm glad I did. Already he has fixed several issues that western dental pretty much put a bandaid over! I feel comfortable and confident about our plan to restore my smile.

Dr Jebrini didnt want to pull my teeth and we argued (pleasantly). In the end I got my way. This was after I was talking with a woman who had the most beautiful smile. Dr. Jebrini's handiwork. I told him I want to look just like that! And I do. Thank you Dr. Jebrini with everything in me. My smile is so awesome and for the first time in my adult life I do not try to hide my teeth!

Horrible dentist! Rude and unprofessional and needs training on how to speak to people.

Horrible dentist. Has no respect for people's time. At my appt he was 2 hrs late, then shows up and says I have to leave. I told him I had an appt, he said "I cancel appts all the time". Please do yourself a favor and find literally any other dentist. 1 star on this guys yelp says it all.

I wish I could give zero stars for this utter fraud of a dentist. My daughter was a new patient after moving to Yuba City and after he initial check up she was told that she needed root planing and scaling - procedures that are typically done in quadrants over multiple appointments (although at times it can be done in one extended appointment). We were informed that due to the cost and type of procedure they needed to get approval from our insurance company to make certain it was covered. Our insurance company approved the procedure and my daughter went for the appointment. The dentist did not even do a basic cleaning and certainly did not do the deep root planing and scaling that he charged for. My daughter was at the office for less than 20 minutes with less than 15 of those minutes being in the dental chair. Charging an insurance company (or patient) for services not performed is fraud and is a felony. This is not a judgment thing where a parent simply believes that a medical / dental provider didn't do a very good job, this is a case where the procedure wasn't even done. I have called the office no less than 20 times (and left voicemails) to resolve this and my insurance company (Health Partners) has called many times over the past 2 weeks and sent letters with no response. They do not answer the phone and they do not reply to letters or messages. Avoid this dentist like the plague!

I had an upper denture with a broken tooth right in the front. I went to Dr. Jabrini to ask if he can fix it and he told me I needed a new plate, which is funny because I ve broken a tooth out before, and Western dental fixed it with no problem. However, I decided to let him give me a new plate. When I got it, it hurt like hell. It was so tight and the sides were so long they were digging into my upper jaw. I kept asking him and asking him to fix them and the only way I can wear them now is with some fixodent for cushion!
He then proceeded to tell me that I should have him pull all of my bottom teeth and get a bottom plate! I finally let him talk me into it! When I went to get my eight bottom teeth pulled, , I told him I needed antibiotics which he never did write a prescription for and he popped my bottom set right in as soon as he pulled them, which is typical, but when the anesthesia wore off, I was in excruciating pain! He did not offer pain pills nor did he write me a prescription for antibiotics and when I got home and looked at my gums, I noticed I had an infection and that s why I was in excruciating pain and ended up having to go to urgent care where they gave me anabiotic s! He should have never pulled that tooth since it was abscessing! Also when I told him my top teeth did not fit, he explained that everybody has several pairs, i.e. One for smiling, one for eating, etc.
I could not believe I was hearing this!!! I took my bottom teeth out and have yet to put them back in because they are way too small so I m hoping to get another dentist to do them right! My top set I received 11 years ago and they fit the day the dentist put them in! I had one adjustment afterwards and with this dentist he can never get his new set to fit me right and he s already tried several times! I wish I had done my homework before I made any appointments!

Dr. Jebrini has done an excellent job over the last year transforming my mouth into something I am just no longer ashamed of, but proud to show, and can properly eat with too.

Dr Jabrini did two fillings for my husband and within three days they both fell out. He was so rude to my husband that he hasn't been back to a dentist since. Very unprofessional. Please find someone else and save your tee6and your self respect.

Im on here not for myself but for my dear friend and other that hopefully won't hve to go through the same horrible treatment. What kind of dr pulls a tooth then puts dentures onto of an abscess, What kind of dr tells you its normal to have more than one set of dentures! What kind of dr that would give you antibodies or paon meds! And to say the least his bedside manners were just right down horrible! I would never go see this dr nor would I ever refer him to Anyone. People please do your background of this Dr before letting him touch you!!

The only good and pleasant thing about this dentist office is the receptionist Rebecca, other than her the rest of the staff were rude and disrespectful. After waiting 45 min to be seen and another 20 for the doctor to get to me he proceeded to tell me, while poking around in my mouth, how disgusting my teeth were and if he even wanted to work on me. Then began telling my how much work i needed and how i wouldnt be able to afford any of it. After that i walked out. I brush my teeth 2x a day. This is by far the worst experience in a dentist office i have ever had. He wasnt just rude but downright DISRESPECTFUL.

Make sure before Dr. Jibrini puts his hands on your teeth, you talk to him and ask him which teeth he needs to work on. Because he does not communicate with his patients and starts drilling your teeth just like that. And if you complain, he will black list you and will not make future appointments for you.
