I was exceptionally pleased with the way Dave Kozarich and Mary Dooley-Smith worked with Ford Customer Service to resolve an issue regarding a problem with my horn and steering module.
I purchased a new 2014 Explorer from Fort Mill Ford and have been very satisfied from the service during the past 2 years. I highly recommend this dealership when looking for another vehicle.
