Our sales associate William Young was very patient, nice, and gave us all the help we needed during our time of purchase. I love my brand new 2013 Ford Explorer, it was all the features and space we need for our growing family. I think a Ford F150 will be our next purchase.

I worked with Chris Motrynczuk. (Highly Recommend), great salesman, extremely professional, He WAS NOT one of those pushy salesman that everyone hates at dealerships. He wanted me to be able to get the best deal possible and leave happy. Was not able to make the deal, numbers were not what I wanted. But he tried his best to get them as low as he could and that s what I appreciated the most. Went above and beyond to try to make it work. Will definitely go back to visit him if another truck comes across that I like.
I brought my Ford Fusion in to have some updates done. At the time of service Brandon check in my vehicle and informed me that there was a recall open that they could take care of at the same time. I was planning on having a bill around $250 and when I came to pick the car up I was told that the recall included the updates I wanted done and it was all taken care of at no charge to me. The service was great! I would recommend the Service team to anyone! Thanks Brandon!
I was pleased with the service and speed it was done in but im disappointed in the vibrations in the transmission and front end when it changes gears sometime. If i knew this was typical of this car i would never have bought it. Have always been satisfied with Ford products until this time. Thanks Eddie Osborne. An unhappy Focus owner.
Horrible experience. First off, the man that we spoke with started requesting a payoff before even asking generously for an appraisal on our trade. On top of that, it took 3 people to appraise the vehicle out in the parking lot 1 man even left the vehicle unattended with the door open and came back into the dealership. We will never be going back and doing business what s so ever.
I bought my car through Fort Mill Ford in 2012, and my salesman Scott Benner has kept in touch and made me feel valued as a customer since then. Whenever I would go in for maintenance, he would take the time to say hello and have a genuine conversation with me. I knew I'd be back to Fort Mill Ford when I was ready to buy another car. I just returned this past weekend and bought my first brand new car! Scott B took the time to answer my questions, advise me on added warranties and options, and was a lot of fun to work with too! He even set up my phone and explained all the features in detail. He even washed off my dirty old license plate for me! The dealership is very nice and everyone I've met there has been great. I definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family and anyone else who asks! Stop in and see them!
Update: One year later, still very happy! I've done my regular maintenance with Fort Mill Ford over the past year, and Big Dave in the service department is awesome! Very happy!

I like Fort Mill Ford because Ford makes a quality vehicle. Our salesman was very nice and helpful and answered all of my questions during the buying process but once I made my purchase and we went to pick up our vehicles it seemed as though we were an after thought. The customer service is great when they are trying to get you to buy the car but once you sign, we were made to feel like he had no time for us "moving on type attitude". The experience should be good the entire time and even after the sale.

I have bought more than a few cars in my life but none was as easy and stress free as the new Mustang I bought from Chris Mills at Fort Mill Ford. The entire process was so simple with the way they price their cars all the way through the paperwork and final delivery. My new Mustang is the first Ford product I have ever owned but thanks to Chris and Fort Mill Ford it won't be the last.
Bought 2016 F-150 in FL to tow my RV trailer. Hooked up for the first time on the day of departure and had no left turn or brake lights. Arrived at Carowinds campgrounds and called for an appointment. Got in the next day and had a rental car waiting. Frank Arnold checked me in and was very understanding of my problem. He called at the end of the day to say my truck was ready and explained everything that was fixed. I'm so impressed with Ford service employees!

This dealership is dishonest. They try every way in the world to change prices around and hoodwink you. The salesman was very nice however the salesmen and the managers are in it together. I would never buy another car from them. I should have walked out after the from incident I caught but stayed . I signed papers without knowing the final price... we had agreed on a price but they changed it before the final papers were signed. Then, the personnel there blame it on corporate.
The salesperson (Middleton) was very attentive, informative, polite, but not pushy. The sales manager was easy to work with and we felt we got a far deal in the end.
As usual, friendly, fast and reliable. Just wish the cost of an oil change was a little lower.
